I watch one every once in a while, but I don't work out along with any on them. So I'm a lazy sod myself. I have a total gym collecting dust. And an eForce Cross Training bike also collecting dust. I used to have a row machine, but I gave it to a friend because I was too short and it hurt my back due to the handles being too long for my arms and tall for my body height.

Exercise programs on television - no, no, no. I'd much rather be outside doing something - though I do do stomach crunches and leg exercises, (to try and keep my 42 year old @ss from sagging too far down my 42 year old thighs) each morning. But to sit in front of a television and exercise along with someone, all the while listening to icky music? Can't do it.
Gyms are the same way for me. Pfft. Last winter/spring when I was going to physical therapy for an arm injury, they put me on exercise machines - simple things at first. Then when they moved me to the cross-country ski machine, I said the hell with therapy. I can do this stuff myself! (uhm...that could actually have a tiny bit to do with how I got injured)
Roller-skiing, cross-country skiing, and walking - those I love, and get plenty of exercise doing them. My job is physical most of the time too. And it's all outside. And that's the way I like it best.
