Interesting - you managed a one word twofer there.

Traffic....as in roundabouts which is what they call traffic circles here, and musically, is the name of another band.

The Boulevard Of Broken Dreams - Tony Bennett

Why? The beauty of word association is that you don't even have to think; you just type whatever pops into your head first. For example - the first thing that comes to my mind with Tony Bennett is...

Phalon Drew a complete blank. I had no logical connection to go to. Sorry - I think it's because of writing programs - I have a tendency to think on linear terms. And she makes me think of obfuscate - How can the same person who wore a dress made of raw beef to the MTV Video Music Awards be the same person who did a show stopper version of Sinatra's New York, New York? There are equal measures of lunacy and talent there - the explicit version of Paparazzi would illustrate this well enough. The girl has a remarkable talent - and a damaged prefrontal cortex. Or is extremely savvy. In a highly competitive business where thousands of people with remarkable talent never get noticed, she knew...and did what it took to get attention.

I confess that's possible since I know so little about her. Except for her tribute songs, the only one I like is Paparazzi and even then I'd rather hear it as opposed to watching the video.

I'd call her multi-faceted. Lady Gaga is one of BP's big time favorites, so I've heard probably close to everything's she recorded. I like a lot of it, and dislike just about as much as I like. Some of it sounds too processed - like club music, which I've never liked. Don't like the album she recorded with Tony Bennett, I'm sure because I don't like Tony Bennett. Her version of "White Christmas" though is one of my favorite Christmas songs - since you like the holiday so much, you should give a listen (it's on Youtube); she's got a beautiful voice.
profanity...as in Little Feat's "eloquent profanity; it rolls right off my tongue" in Roll Em Easy.

Repetition. (Like the song you mentioned a few weeks ago. I seriously dislike those.)
