I have a book on Apple Cider Vinegar, and it states to not ingest more than 2 tablespoons per day. You can break it up into 2 teaspoons in your juice for breakfast, 2 teaspoons in your juice for dinner, and 2 teaspoons in your juice for supper. The juices I like mine in are: orange, pineapple, apple, & grape. Red Grape juice is also very good for your health, so a glass of it per day is good for you too.
You can also put it on your salad, or add it to any other food item you wish.
I even add it to my pineapple juice and heat them up in the microwave to drink as a hot toddy when I have a cold or sore throat. It works really well.
BTW: There are Apple Cider Vinegar Pills/Tablets/Capsules you can take, if you prefer.
