Hi Scrappy! We did do it occasionally in the Public Service section which became Bard's Banter but in ou several moves they may have disappeared. Also, they are buried in there and might be hard to find. As Red says, we can clarify if you want!

Great! I’m a little confused as to the biological relationships. I think I lost track of who is who’s sister and now it seems that Xeandra is having visions that are telling her that Puella and I’m guessing one of the now deceased girls (Hipployta) are sisters. If you guys could just lay out the familial lines I‘d appreciate it. And what happened to Gabbyfan’s family? And what happened to the guy that Phalon took to the tavern? Thanks all.

Scrappy - I'll take the Tavern guy question.
The guy was the guardian of Puella's necklace. He died at the Tavern, and passed on guardianship of the necklace to Phalon through a vision. And that's his story more or less. He ocassionally pops up now and again in Chapter Two to guide Phalon through a dilemna or two.
Probably the best way to get a handle on his role is to read my last post on the last page of Chapter one.

Hey Scrappy!
Well Gabby's biological family was killed by romans during a village raid. Gabby was not in the village when it happened, but did have to watch from a nearby field. Now Zena is her adopted mother, and the tribe is her family.

Thanks guys.......For some reason I kept thinking that the guy from the tavern was Gabby's father and I wondered why he would let his daughter wander around with the amazons if he was just waiting around at the tavern. Ok what bout Leara and Xeandra? And how do you guys feel about bad guys jumping in to your stories?

I got the Leara question: She turns out to be the long lost sister of Evergreen. She was raised as a Roman while Evergreen went to the Amazons after her father tried to kill her. EG may have more to say on this point.

Hi Scrappy !
I was thinking as I read this, that it must be an overwhleming task for a newbie to have to read the entire Scrolls AND to try to weave the thread of the story into a recognizable tapestry.
Perhaps, we Bards could write a new synopsis of our character(s)(although I thought we did this someplace or another) with Zena writing an overview of the of the general storyline.
What say ye fellow Bards?

Thanks to all the Bards for the explanations. And sorry it's taken so long to respond. I believe my computer is possesed by an exlover who's sole purpose is to torture me.
I think I'm a little clearer now on the story line so far, and have decided to adjust some of the ideas I've come up with. I sent a character description to Red for a celtic character that i started before i started reading the scrolls, but I think I'm going to dump that one because it way too close and I don't want to step on any toes. I am working on something else with Tami, although she's being beat up by the hurricanes pretty bad and I'm not sure when we'll get together. I havn't heard from her in a while. Hope she's ok.
Anyway, no one said how they feel about bad guys. And do you mind a couple of posts to get a back story going on a new character?
I think that's it for now. Thanks again to everyone!

Playing a villian is tricky business. Done well, it can be very fun and rewarding to both the writers and the readers. Every story needs a good one. But I personally wouldn't suggest designing a villian as your main character, a secondary perhaps... Anyway, that's just me. And as to a "couple posts" for back story...you are reading Chapter II, right? The one where I spend like 18 posts catching up to the group? I think it's safe to say that no one minds that in the least. ;D Finally, sorry to have taken so long responding to you about the character. I've been sick since I got back from vacation, and couple that with other hassels it just hasn't been much fun. I can still talk to you about it if you like...but if you're determined to go in another direction, that's fine too. No worries. So and thus, Red

I'm not worried Red. Take your time. We all have other lives outside of here and they always take priority. I don't really know if I want dump her or not, I havn't quite decided. I like the one I sent to you she feels comfy, but I hate the "been there done that" feel too.
By the way I've only gotten to like post four of your back story so I definately feel better about posting back story. I get kinda wordy sometimes when I'm excited about something I'm writing but there are a lot of important thing people should know up front. About the bad guy....I don't think they have the lasting power that regular characters do I mean once you've done something bad and get killed or caught what's left? So I think I'll take your advice and leave that for a secondary.
Maybe I should post the description and let everyone decide if they like the on I sent you Red. What do you think?

Hi Scrappy. Looking forward to "meeting" whoever it is you're dreaming up.
Feel better, Red.
Evergreen, I agree....the character descriptions could use a bit of updating. Will get around to it soon, I hope.

It's been a while since you all have had a comment from this reader. I took a hiatus from reading the scrolls and pretty much the board in general.
Started reading again a couple of weeks ago and you all are doing a very nice job.
Phalon, I loved your dream sequence. I felt as if I was right beside you in the meadow. Very descriptive.
