I'm making this up as I go along. It's sort of like '20 questions' & 'Word Association' combined. Someone posts a set/group of words, say from 5 to 20, (or however many it takes), and whoever guesses the subject takes the next turn at a set/group of words. The words must all connect to a subject. Can start out with, say, 5 words in a list ... if no one gets it, can add 5 more words, if no one gets it, can add 5 more words ... etc. ... etc. ... etc.
Okay, here goes nothing:

I actually thought this thread wouldn't go anywhere. I had an ulterior motive in starting it. I was going to start a thread requesting a list of words from each member to use to get my creative juices flowing. Ya know, get me off my procrastinating butt. Maybe even use for inspiration for more stories about 'The Newsomes.' And then this idea popped into my head, and I thought it would work just as well, and might, maybe, hopefully, be more popular. Wow! I can't believe it worked.
And the reason I'm confessing this now is so that other procrastinators and creative types can also reap inspiration from this thread. May it continue on and on and on.

Glad it's working for you, Joxie.
Yep, Scrappy; a rocking chair is what I was thinking.
And good luck with your yearly review!

An 'afternoon' of passion? I mean you put the 'cat' out, 'rip' ya clothes off, jump on the 'couch' and then need a 'rest' afterwards ............... or am I reading to much into those words.

Sheesh, thought I was on a winner there. LMAO! I like Kat's guess much better than mine. And lucky you, Katman, for that being the thing that first pops into your mind! Unfortunately that's where it all is now champ, in my mind. To paraphrase that great American actor Douglas MacArthur ..... 'old memories never die, they just ........ fade away'.

Sheesh, thought I was on a winner there. Unfortunately that's where it all is now champ, in my mind. To paraphrase that great American actor Douglas MacArthur ..... 'old memories never die, they just ........ fade away'. Too funny, my friend! Perhaps you need a younger "friend" to put a fire to some of those memories. Today is it, isn't it? The equinox. I couldn't figure out how eggs fit into the picture, and admit to doing a two-minute drill; here's an interesting article about the equinox egg myth: www.plantea.com/equinox-egg.htm

It was a very vague set of clues that I gave. You've got the first word and last word right, Scrappy; there are two words in-between.
Here's another set of clues, probably as vague as the first.

Yep, skip...as in 'let's sing and skip down the yellow brick road to meet assured peril.'
You got it, Scrappy.
