Actually, I was thinking more along the lines of Mr. Shemar Moore getting out of the shower in the morning, all steamy hot... No, no, no, just kidding...sort of; now that I've thought the image, it's kinda stuck there. But really, Joxie...tea? You know me better than that.

Ten points for Scrappy, who got the correct answer.
Negative two points for Joxie, who, I'm sure knew the right answer from the start. Tea?! Pfft!!!

Gams, the only way that Shemar pic could be yummier is if he was shirtless or smiling, or both. He is a beautiful, beautiful man.

Point of order, technically 'coffee' is an incorrect answer, the correct answer should be 'sludge' should it not? ;D And don't you dare chuck that thing at me Scrappy. What do ya mean 'pfft' nothin' better then a nice hot cuppa.

kat, I knew a fellow who put TWO bags of coffee in the coffeemaker, per pot. Now THAT's sludge! Did I mention he did the early shift at the radio station?

You are right, Katina, of course - the sludgier the better in some cases. But did you see how much trouble the simple word "aliens" caused? If I'd have ask for "sludge", it could have gone on forever.
I tried; I really did. I even bought a box of ginger tea from a very cool lady who makes it herself - it smelled absolutely wonder both before and after it was brewed. Then, like all other teas I've tried, I took a sip and it tasted like dirt. Sludge is much more delectable to my sensitive taste buds.
Dang, Siren! If I did that, there'd be a whole lotta dead air on the morning show, because I'm sure I'd have to run to the restroom every two minutes.

kat, I knew a fellow who put TWO bags of coffee in the coffeemaker, per pot. Now THAT's sludge! Did I mention he did the early shift at the radio station? Yikes, that sounds far to overwhelming for my tastes Siren. Don't drink a lot of coffee but when I do it's usually this ....... www.abfoodandbeverages.com.au/brands/jarrah.aspthe ones I like are from the Coffee Sensations range near the top of the article, made with milk they're delish. I'm sure real coffee drinkers like yourself, and most assuredly Gams, wouldn't consider that proper coffee, but it ain't bad never the less. [ I tried; I really did. I even bought a box of ginger tea from a very cool lady who makes it herself - it smelled absolutely wonder both before and after it was brewed. Then, like all other teas I've tried, I took a sip and it tasted like dirt. Sludge is much more delectable to my sensitive taste buds. So I guess we can add tea to that other culinary delight Vegemite as undesirables with you then Gams? How about Jarrah coffee then, sounds great don't it ...... don't it? Errrrr probably ...... most likely ........... almost certainly ......... in a flamin' heartbeat knowin' you.

I have tried to cultivate a taste for coffee, kat, but have never quite become a fan. On the rare occasion I do drink it, I like a lighter roast. And, apparently, I am not the only one. I heard a report this week that Starbucks is offering a lighter roast now, since many consumers have said that Starbucks' usual dark roast is too strong and bitter for their taste.
Thanks for sharing the link to the Jarrah site. So, All In One instant coffee already has the milk and sugar in it? That's interesting! And some of the Jarrah's flavors sound delish, though "French Liaison" sounds like something a whole lot more exciting than a coffee break might be going on!

Hhhmmm...Katina. An all-in-one, one-size-fits-all instant coffee sounds....convenient. That's all I have to say (following Thumper's advice).
Scrappy....
A Christmas theme.....with "brown", of course, being chocolate, a theme for any occasion.

Hmmmm....from the last three clues, I would guess that it's a trick-or-treater DRAGging a treat sack, carrying a roll of TOILET PAPER as ammo in case the house has the porch light off and needs to be T.P.ed, wearing a COSTUME. Maybe they're knocking on a SCREEN door and plan to TOAST some marshmallows later. But I'm reaching, particularly on the last couple.

I heard a report this week that Starbucks is offering a lighter roast now, since many consumers have said that Starbucks' usual dark roast is too strong and bitter for their taste. So you're a tea person then Siren? Or don't drink hot beverages very often? Thanks for sharing the link to the Jarrah site. So, All In One instant coffee already has the milk and sugar in it? That's interesting! And some of the Jarrah's flavors sound delish, though "French Liaison" sounds like something a whole lot more exciting than a coffee break might be going on! Not sure what's exactly in it to be honest Siren [ should read the label more carefully ] It does say to make it with water but I use milk instead, then bung in a couple of teaspoons of sugar ...... maybe that's why it's so sweet. LMAO at your French Liaison suggestion, does sound a bit racy now that you mention it. Hhhmmm...Katina. An all-in-one, one-size-fits-all instant coffee sounds....convenient. That's all I have to say (following Thumper's advice). Had a feeling it wouldn't be to your tastes Gams, being the coffee connoisseur that you are.

I'm not really a connosseur, Katina; I don't like the fancy stuff. A good strong cup of freshly brewed coffee though, is more my cup of tea. Instant coffee (like tea) tastes like dirt.
Yep, Siren - you've got it. "Rocky Horror Picture Show" (and its participants) is what I was going for.

Exactly, Kat - I've never been much of a hot drink girl. There are times, though, that nothing warms you like a hot drink. When I was a kid, my mom would sometimes make a treat for us: Dr. Pepper warmed in a sauce pan with slices of lemon. Delish. ~~~~~~~ Well, whatya know! All right. I'm approaching this like the old "$25,000 Pyramid" game show, rattling off things with something in common. (I hope I'm doing this right!) And I'll help you out - you can eliminate "celebrities". Carol Burnett Julia Roberts (at her peak) Christina Hendricks of "Mad Men" Conan O'Brien Lucille Ball ~~~~~~~~~ Oh, Scraaaaaappyyyyyyy....
