The first word I thought of was suture but that doesn't quite fit the bill here. Well, actually the first word I thought of was 'until' but too few characters. Then I thought of...
honey bucket.

Trying so hard to follow your train of thought here...1.) Why doesn't suture fit, and 2.) how the heck did you come up with honey bucket (I had to look that up).

Shall I help? Do you really want me to? Cool! Here's your Christmas Present, early! Think linear. The word from you before my comment was "brUTal". The word "suTUre" doesn't fit because it leaves you looking for exactly the same letters. I know it's not stated exactly but I've always taken it that part of the challenge was not just a different word, but different letters or at least not the same two. So to me, going from UT to TU wasn't any kind of change and didn't fit.
Honey Bucket - I had to study that (generally) as part of my CompTIA Security+ certification. I can't say why but it stuck. You looked it up? It's pretty nifty in operation.

It's kind of interesting the different way we play these word games. I've never considered not leaving you with the same two letters here, but in the 'change more than one letter' thread, I never leave you with a word ending in 'ion', 'ious', or 'ous' because of the limited number of words that start with those letters.
Hhhmm...considering you think it's a nifty operation, I'm thinking the Honey Bucket you studied, and the definition of honey bucket offered in on-line dictionaries are two different things!

A honey bucket, or more commonly a honeypot, is a fictious network deployed between a secured network and an untrusted network such as the internet or a DMZ. They look and act like real environments but contain no legitimate data. Intruders are fooled into wasting time attacking the honey bucket. All the activity in honey systems are monitored and captured. The purpose is that it is an extra layer of security and helps gather evidence for prosecution.

By the way, there have been several of the other honey buckets outside our offices over the past few months for the construction personnel who were doing demolition work.

Ursula (of George of the Jungle)

I'm unfamiliar with that character; I've never seen "George of the Jungle". I know Ursula from "Friends" and Ursula from "The Little Mermaid" though. One of them can be described as sultry, the other definitely not.

I know about the Little Mermaid, and considered Ursula Andress, who'd easily qualify as sultry, but Ursula from George of the Jungle is George's friend.
I don't think she's sultry so much as a tumult.
