comeback - as in what almost always happens to the weight I lost.
backup - my weight when I stand on the scale after the above happens - except this time, because it has to stay gone through the end of March so it can’t do it too quickly. It’ll have to wait for Halloween.

You've got quite the theme going there, Stepper, so I'll just throw this one out there...

I could have said deviled - as in deviled eggs which have nearly no calories because mashing up the yolk breaks down the atoms and the calories leak out into the air where they become inert. Or devilishly, as in it's devilishly hard to get rid of the last couple of tons, er, pounds. But I can't say that cause Angel jumped in (BTW - Hi Angel!) and now I'm looking at village. Agenda - I'm convinced that some calories have an agenda - like the ones in lager (that one works too in case you didn't notice) beers. They're ageless - ahem - I mean it's like their agent got them a lifetime contract and once they've moved in they never move on or out again. And anyone who reads my last few posts is going to be convinced that somewhere in the world, there's a village that's missing its idiot.

Glad to hear they're safe someplace. Reduce - that's what all three of us are gonna do - reduce how much of us there is to snuggle up to.

Long enough I hope.
Suspicious of my possibly specious words? Fear not! We will all become suspect as we hold others in suspense. Why? Because with such a tremendous weight loss, before we're done we will all need something to help hold up our britches - a suspender or two will come in handy for all of us!
(You can use any of the sus words - I didn't want to stick you with suspenders.)

No mistake, we're not going to miss the weight when it's gone, or having to weigh in. Just keep picturing yourself with abs.

Velveeta is a cheese product as opposed to being cheese - meaning it has additional ingredients and is in fact less than 51% cheese. It is also a major component of Cheeseburgers and Grilled Cheese sandwiches, both of which will remain on the menu. Scale or no, some things just aren't worth compromising. I'll find ways to drop the tonnage without completely compromising my normal diet.

Velveeta - Bluck! But speaking of processed cheese food (that tastes like plastic), I recently read that Cheese (Cheez?) Whiz contains no actual cheese at all.

Just asking since we’re sort of doing this at the right time – anybody in the habit of giving something up for the Lenten season? It’s not something I do personally, I’m just asking.

Way back in the days before I fell from the Catholic altar, I used to do the Lent thing.

We, the ternate committee for realistic personal BMI do hereby declare that we shall conquer the view in the mirror! (We gonna lose us some weight even if we have to weigh ourselves in kilograms instead of pounds! As for me, I need to lose a wattle.)
