Okay, I've been seeing this all over twitter too, and I thought I'd try it here. So, change an original line in a film to what it could have been in the very first draft, such as:
Final Draft:
Luke, I am your father.
First Draft:
Luke, I am your third cousin.

First draft:
"If you plow under your corn and build a baseball field, then drive all around the country hunting for random people, a younger version of your dad will show up to play baseball on the field you built."
