That camera I bought from Spock allows for aperture priority - meaning when we're all done with losing weight, I've got a camera with the options that will take a razor sharp picture with you in focus and the surrounding area blurred out. Just right for showing off how great we all look!

I'm having left over Thanksgiving turkey tonight. A friend from work, and her husband, only like white meat. Knowing that I swing the other way she saved all the darker meat and let me have it. It's good to have friends! Did they talk about turkey at your weekend thing? Or did you stop listening after they said you could have coffee?

Weight loss programs are only effective if you stick to a reasonable plan. This is true for many. In my case, over the past two days I’ve had two breakfast tacos – with out the shell. Just the egg and sausage. At lunch I had a small, single serving coleslaw cup. I’ll explain at some later date since you’ll be a bit disappointed with me and I’m not up for dealing with that no matter how justifiable.
And what would make this even better? Losing weight! Except I put on another .4 – it’s not fair. It’s just not fair.

You can chose to imbibe one of those diet shakes if you wish, but I don't know anyone who uses them and I cannot imagine that would be sufficiently filling.

Foods for Passover week which culminates in the Seder meal are generally considered good for dieters. (No processed foods, red wine, greens (dipped in salt water), the Hillel sandwich, and during the Seder it's customary to recline on a pillow while eating - you settle in comfortably rather than rushing through the meal lowering the risk of overeating.) No bad even if you’re not Jewish.

If you weigh yourself later in the day your weight will be greater than if you checked in the morning. At least that's true of me and most of the people I know.
