For this game I Googled: Brain Teasers, Brain Games & Brain Exercises.
There is a room with no doors, no widows, nothing and a man is hung from the ceiling and a puddle of water is on the floor. How did he die?
He was standing on a block of ice and it melted!
First of all, what I want to know is, how did he get in the room in the first place? And how does anyone know he died?

I know a version of this one, except the person is hanging but there's no puddle of water, and no chair to get high enough to do this. How'd he do it? He used Dry Ice and waited for it to evaporate. How'd he die? You already said he's "hung from the ceiling" - that would sort of do it wouldn't it? No windows and no doors - the person is in the basement or attic which would have their own entry ways.

I suppose. But if the basement had no doors or windows, how does anyone get inside of it?

We just plain had stairs, and the attic had what would have been a closet but it had a ladder that you climbed. I've seen small basements that were accessed by a ladder, but very few of them. The neighbors had a large fairly fancy place - the way to their basement was via a broad wood stairway that went from the piano room down to the basement fireplace/living room.

Okay. So not having any doors or windows does not mean there is no access.
