At the beginning of the episode, JJ proved she could keep a poker face. She told Reid that she loved him ... not that she was 'in' love with him. I will not be happy if they ruin her marriage.

I have to rewatch this episode; I missed the entire first half of it.
If JJ had a poker face in the beginning, it certainly wasn't there by the end of the show.
Throughout the seasons, I've always thought Reid's feelings for JJ bordered on romantic; I didn't see it as the other way around though.

JJ & Reid's relationship has always been shown as special. I'm not invested in JJ's marriage/husband, I just don't like to see a marriage broken up just to stir the plot pot.

I don't see them breaking up what has always been portrayed as a great the marriage and JJ's commitment to her family, for the sake of shaking up the plot - and it be totally out of character for both Reid and JJ to say 'the hell with the marriage, let's get on with it'. But who knows - since it's the last season, they might want to go out with a bang (pun not intended, but <shrugs> it fits).
I can see them though - since the series is ending - having one or the other (probably Reid) leave the BAU to put distance between them to alleviate the day-to-day tension of having to work together but not "be together". Reid has been kind of scarce this season anyway, and I wonder what Matthew Gray Gubler has been up to? It'd be interesting to see him in a role other than Spencer - I don't ever remember seeing him in anything other than Criminal Minds.

Matthew has directed several of the episodes, so that could be one reason for his absence in a few of them. And yeah, I do think there's something more to this. They've been too close for this to be a surprise to him. Perhaps it's a ploy for some case they're working on? They're giving some suspect a false way in so they can catch him/her in their trap?
