Dagnabbit! So these people launch their pilot on broadcast TV just to get everybody hooked, then they play the series on cable! But not everybody HAS cable!!! Jerks. I have to say, I loved the pilot for this show, and I loved the twist at the end where the apparent heroine turned out to be a cylon. I'm sure there are others here who do watch the show, so please discuss, and welcome to our new Battlestar Galactica forum!

I love the show. I'm usually in bed when it's on though so I'm taping as I go. I like the fact that they modernized it some with more women in prominant roles. Istead of them just being eye candy like the original.

So it was a series before? I thought that was the case but I wasn't sure.

Richard Hatch? I thought his exibitionist arse was just a regular guy before Survivor, so he can act huh? I mean, he must be able to, because we know he wasn't the eye candy Scrappy was talking about, heh.

I'm glad there are some others who are into the show. I grew up watching the original and I'm really loving the remake. Looks like the new season starts mid July ... so not too much longer. That was quite a cliffhanger they left us with.

In Australia, the time slot has already moved from 9.30pm to 10.30pm I'm hoping it will stabilize there & not be shifted back to 11.30pm which would be the deathknell on Australian TV for it. (though the network that has it, Channel 10, is also the same that had Xena & HTJ by the way, is well known in Australia for knee-jerk reactions to ratings... sigh...) Ah well, the DVDs will be keepers when they are released here (if not, ebay here I come)

I hope for your sake and for all Australians who watch the show, that they keep it at 10:30 too, or move it back to 9:30. I hate it when networks screw around too much with the placement of shows.
