Did anyone here know that David Krumholtz (Charlie) had a hand double writing his equations in the pilot? If you were to watch the pilot again and compare it with one of the current episodes, you can tell by the way they each hold the chalk. I also hadn't given it much thought, but can you imagine reciting a bunch of technical dialog and writing complicated equations at the same time? The dialog alone would have to be difficult to memorize, but memorizing both and performing both at the same is definitely something to respect!

Haha yeah, my thoughts exactly ... well, I guess it's one thing to memorize lines ... it's another to memorize how to write formulas correctly ...

Hrm, yes ... quite true. So yes, it would make perfect sense to have a stunt double hrm? Wow ... makes you wonder what other weird stunt doubles there are ...

Hand doubles are used in the modeling industry, because some of the most beautiful people in the world may not have the most beautiful hands. Also, I once heard (maybe it was a rumor?) that Julia Roberts had a body double for her opening scene in Pretty Woman because she wasn't comfortable being taped in her underwear, or some other such reason.

Hrm, a hand model? Jeeze ... how perfect does the media want us to be?! You know what's really sad? I've never seen Pretty Women ... but in defense, I HAVE seen The Breakfast Club So then, if you say is true about the hand models, would there be feet models? Since a lot of movies and shows have sceens where it just focuses on feet and legs?

Yeppers... there are body doubles who are used for their best features... hands, feet, butt, etc.

Oh oh oh! I know in the Harry Potter movie ... the third one (Harry Potter and the Prizoner of Azkaban), they had to have a butt double for Crabbe ... the guy that Harry Pulled his pants down and kicked him over showing the boxers. That butt wasn't his .. lol

Yeah, it's pretty sad that so many people are trying to look like these models, and the models don't even look like the models. Nobody is that perfect, yet too many try to be.

The real shame is those who kill themselves trying to be that perfect, or because they can't be that perfect. I think that's why Jamie Lee Curtis and others are trying so hard to show the real behind the airbrushing. No telling how many lives they may have saved or are saving.

Yes, that is the saddest part, and we could use more celebrities like Jamie Lee Curtis.
