Here's one for you, MarysGurl.....yeah, I see you down there now, and paybacks are heck, no?
I'm just mad about Saffron, She's just mad about me. They call me mellow yellow. Quite rightly. They call me mellow yellow. Quite rightly.
Ok...I am outta here.
Breakdown. Agony said ecstasy in overdrive. She come ridin' on the world. Thunder kissin' 1965.
<will not repeat Mellow Yellow, will not repeat Mellow Yellow. It is not stuck in my head, no, no, no.>

MarysGurl. Cross-country, where I can steal away for a couple of hours close to home when I get the chance. Downhill is an all-day event here, the nearest slopes being close to two hours away. Not to mention, it's been years, (uhm...decades?), since I've downhill skied.
Today's song....
"Sex and Candy" by Marcy Playground. Heard on the Lunchtime Relapse, and been stuck in my head since.
dig it.

hours later....and still singing...
"And I had too much caffeine...."
dig it.
And I think this could be the problem.

I usually have most of the Depeche Mode Top 5 running about in my head at any one stage, but always. "Enjoy The Silence"

I don't know the "Sex & Candy" one, Phalon.....I used to cross-country when I was a kid...we lived in Connecticut. I nearly lost an arm in a toboggan accident & I got a concussion while ice-skating at a VFW breakfast!! I tend to do much better at water sports... Mij....OMG!....I'm gonna have to try to go to sleep with "My Own Personal Jesus" playing over & over in my head!! I'll get you for this one! *fast forward to next trac*.....I'll take the silence too!

ARGH! That R.E.O. Speedwagon song.....I heard it from a friend, who heard it from a friiiiend, who heard it from another.......
Gads. And the problem with it is that the lyrics are too easy to remember so I know and sing the entire song over and over like an endless loop. It is a hard song to sing as I have to wrinkle up my nose for the high parts.
Somebody help me.

Ow! I think I just hurt my head when doing the dun dun dun guitar part on that song just now. Remeber the end of the song when he takes his voice up to glass shattering crescendo? What is the cure for this?

Prince. On the car radio Prince sang about what it sounds when the doves cry. That song kept repeating all day in my head till dinner when, happily, I realized that REO had vanished, whereupon REO Speedwagon-ed back into my head.
Grrr.

How did that happen? I have no idea. I apologize Gams. Maybe my Fairly Goodmotha did that. I didn't. Do I need to publicly get down on my knees and ask forgivness? If so I need the box wine and cigs first, don't I?

Did you call me a heathen? (rolls eyes) Hhmmm, I didn't hear that part, so no need to apologize. Pfft. But if you feel you must, make sure it is cheap boxed wine, served in plastic cups, while brawling or bawling, either in my kitchen or your garage.
My place or yours? You've got the wine; I'll bring the whine.

Three ?'s in a row will get you so if you don't want it to show up, only use two ?'s in a row... ?? ?? ?? with spaces between them.

"Rooster" by Alice in Chains. I only heard about two seconds of the song which goes on forever and ever. Two seconds too much. Quick, quick - flip the station. Too late. Argh. Grrr. It'll be stuck for days.

Love this song but dang everytime I hear it on my way home it won't go away....
Listen as your day unfolds, Challenge what your future holds, Try to keep your head up to the sky... Lovers they may cause you tears, Go ahead release your fears, Stand up and be challenged Dont be ashamed to cry..
You gotta be, you gotta be bad, you gotta be bold, you gotta be wiser, You gotta be hard you gotta be tough you gotta be stronger, You gotta be cool, you gotta be calm, you gotta stay together, All I know all I know is love will save the day.
Herald what your mamma said, Read the books your father read, Try to solve the puzzles in your own sweet mind, Some may have more cash than you, Others take a different view, My oh my, hey hey hey,
you gotta be bad, you gotta be bold, you gotta be wiser, You gotta be hard you gotta be tough you gotta be stronger, You gotta be cool, you gotta be calm, you gotta stay together, All I know all I know is love will save the day.
Time asks no questions, it goes on without you, Leaving you behind if you cant stand the pace, The world you cant stop it and if you try to, The best part is danger staring you in the face,
Oh oh remember
Listen as your day unfolds, Challenge what your future holds, Try to keep your head up to the sky... Lovers they may cause you tears, Go ahead release your fears, My oh my, hey hey hey
you gotta be bad, you gotta be bold, you gotta be wiser, You gotta be hard you gotta be tough you gotta be stronger, You gotta be cool, you gotta be calm, you gotta stay together, All I know all I know is love will save the day. (x2)
Time asks no questions, it goes on without you, Leaving you behind if you cant stand the pace, The world you cant stop it and if you try to, Yea yea ye ye yea
fades out to you gotta be bad etc
