I could have done with your avatar the early hours of this morning Mini Mia! I just couldn't get to sleep!
I am not really qualified to answer your question though I have tried a few and the tend to leave an aftertaste! MG and myself gave up sugar quite a few years ago! Even now, some things are just too sweet for me to eat!

You and Moonglum gave up sugar, Vox?! Does that mean (gasp!!!) you don't eat chocolate anymore?

There's always a little healthier variety; interesting article. Except now I want something dark and rich and creamy.

Definitely not! Tommygirl, we still love the occasional chocolate but find the taste of sugar all too sweet and sweeteners do have a form of sugar in them!

I'm new to this, but I believe the new 'natural' sweeteners don't. Or at least the ones made from the Stevia plant don't. (Stevia & Truvia) And of course honey isn't. I don't think.
Please enlighten me if I'm wrong. I've recently been curious about which is best/healthiest to use. I don't think I could go totally sugarfree.

You and TG should start a thread, she's not been able to get much sleep either.
