What Movie, Show, or Play would you like to see made into a book, or book series?

I wish Byzantium would be turned into a book series. There’s a lot of information left out of the movie. Plus, I want to know what happened to them after the movie ended. I can’t be the only one obsessed with this movie. Surely there are enough of us to make a book series profitable.

Ooh. I just now learned that the movie is based off of a play, which was published in book form in 2008. Interesting. I’ll have to check it out. But still, I’d love a novel series based on the play and movie.

Hhhmmm...I honestly can't think of anything. Pretty much every movie I like was based off a book. It's usually the other way around - a book or play I'd like to see made into a movie.
Oh, wait! Anything by Quentin Tarantino.

I haven't seen all of his work, but yeah, what I've seen would make for cool novel series'. I wonder if he'd be open for that? Maybe if enough suggest it?
Ooh. Curdled might work as a book or book series. I loved that character.
I ordered "A Vampire Story," and it's on its way. From comments on GoodReads, the play is different from the movie, but still really good. Once I've read it, I can judge whether or not I think both would work well intertwined into one novel series, or just the movie. I love the movie, so that would be my pick to turn into a book series at the moment, but taking the best of both might be preferable.

I got my vampire play in the mail today, and have read the whole thing in one sitting. It's only 74 pages long. I enjoyed the play, but the movie is so much better . . . so I'd like a book series based on the movie.
