Did anyone see the ep last night when Jo did a Freudian slip? She was taking the boys outside to play soccar and she slipped and said 'football'! When she was talking to the camera afterward, you can tell she was gonna say it again but she caught herself and after a pause said 'soccar'. I knew that was gonna happen eventually. Did anyone else catch that? Jojo

I think we in the United States are the only ones who call it soccer, and everyone else calls it football. I know in Spain and Mexico, soccer is called fútbol, and football is called fútbol americana. BTW, I have something for you, jojo... Click on the pumpkin for an explanation.

Hey, same to you!! I'll be sure to do just that! Sounds like fun. I hate the cold, but I DO love Halloween!! I do hope you're right about ABC. Supernanny is one of the best shows they have! One of THE best reality shows, despite what the Emmy's say! Jojo

Same here... love Halloween, but hate the cold. Why does Halloween have to be during a cold time of year, anyway? What good is it for the kids to dress up when they have to put their coats on over their costumes to go trick or treating? FOX is the only station I've noticed that habitually cancels shows without giving them a chance, and hopefully the execs at ABC realize how stupid that is.

FOX is the only station I've noticed that habitually cancels shows without giving them a chance, and hopefully the execs at ABC realize how stupid that is. I know, people seem to forget that in it's first year, 'Cheers', was one of the lowest rated shows. When it went off the air 11 years later it was in the top ten! But almost every network wants the next 'Friends' that'll leap off trhe screen and be a big hit from day 1. They always forget that's rarely possible... Well, Jo was #3 in her premiere, and hopefully that'll translate into in the top 20...we'll find out Thurs.. Jojo

I didn't realize Cheers was one of the lowest rated shows in its first year, but it was obviously successful, being on the air for 11 years. There aren't too many shows that can accomplish that.
