How To: Use URLs With The No-No Symbols:
You have to add [noubbc] & [/noubbc] before and after the no-no symbols. Such as:
[url=http://www.google.com/search[noubbc]?[/noubbc][/b]q [noubbc]=[/noubbc][/b]Whooshorg [noubbc]&[/noubbc][/b]ie [noubbc]=[/noubbc][/b]utf [noubbc]-[/noubbc][/b]8 [noubbc]&[/noubbc][/b]oe [noubbc]=[/noubbc][/b]utf [noubbc]-[/noubbc][/b]8 [noubbc]&[/noubbc][/b]aq [noubbc]=[/noubbc][/b]t [noubbc]&[/noubbc][/b]rls [noubbc]=[/noubbc][/b]org.mozilla [noubbc]:[/noubbc][/b]en [noubbc]-[/noubbc][/b]US [noubbc]:[/noubbc][/b]official [noubbc]&[/noubbc][/b]client [noubbc]=[/noubbc][/b]firefox [noubbc]-[/noubbc][/b]a]Testing[/url] [/font] To get this:
[url=http://www.google.com/search?q=Whooshorg&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a]Testing
[/url] [/font][/font] [/center]
Not all the no-no symbols need to be surrounded by the "noubbc" tag. However you do need to take off the "http://" because it gets added already. This URL only needs the "noubbc" tag twice:
[url=[noubbc]reneeoconnor.info/photos/index.php?spgmGal=Premieres_and_[/noubbc] [noubbc][/b] Events/2005_04_30_Firefighters_Burn_Relay/Photos_By_Michelle [/noubbc][/b]]Testing[/url] [/font] To get this:
[url=reneeoconnor.info/photos/index.php?spgmGal=Premieres_and_Events/2005_04_30_Firefighters_Burn_Relay/Photos_By_Michelle]Testing
[/url] [/font][/font] [/center] Be sure to test the link, and if it doesn't work, add more "noubbc" tags around the symbols until you get it to work.

How To: Resize An Image So That It Doesn't Stretch The Page
There are a few ways to shrink the images. You can resize them with an image software and save them (save as) with a number added onto the title so that you don't save over your original image ... or ... you can add {width=### height=###} to the code. Such as:
[img width=### height=###]IMG-URL[/img]Now, if you resize using a software, just set the width to 500px and usually the height sets itself to the proper proportion. I think 600px is a tad too wide, but 550px may be okay. But to be on the safe side, I usually use 500px.
BTW: The width size of 573px is fine. There's no need to go wider than that though.

How To: Send a PM or Email
1.) To the left of each member's post, beneath their avatar, you'll see the following symbols:
= Email
= PM
Click on the appropriate one.
2.) To the left of each member's bio info on their profile page, beneath their avatar, you'll see the following symbols:
= Email
= PM
Click on the appropriate one.
3.) At the top of each member's profile page, you'll see:
Member's Bio - Send Personal Message
Click on "Send Personal Message"
4.) Type the member's username into the To: box of a PM. You must use their original username. The one they created when they registered. So if you get a "doesn't exist" page you will need to check out the username at the top of their profile, or in the link of their profile page. Such as:
There is no registered Mini-Mia. I registered with csr1, and then changed the name to Mini-Mia. So to PM me, you use csr1 in the To: box.
Check out my profile link:
http://whooshorg.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=viewprofile&user=csr1
If I had registered as Mini-Mia, it would be:
http://whooshorg.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=viewprofile&user=minimia
Click here and go to my profile page. Look at the black bar at the top, see what it says:
View Profile: Mini-Mia (username: csr1)
To PM katina2nd, you use: katina
His link:
http://whooshorg.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=viewprofile&user=katina
His profile:
View Profile: katina2nd (username: katina)
To PM Gabrielle On Nutbread, you use: gabriellennutbread
Her link:
http://whooshorg.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=viewprofile&user=gabriellennutbread
Her profile:
View Profile: Gabrielle On Nutbread (username: gabriellennutbread)
So, if you find a member doesn't exist when you try to PM them, check to see what username they registered with.

Le found a table generator. Proboards doesn't have a header on their tables, so you'll need to remove the checkmark next to:
Specify Rows and Columns 3--[_] 1st Row is Header[/ul] [/font][/font] 2 rows with 1 column
1st row | 2nd row |
