If you're going to have to exercise, you'd prefer to do it on your own. Whether it's swimming, bike riding or even just a jog at the park, there are a ton of activities you can do on your own to get fit. And who knows - after a few weeks of training, maybe you'll be ready to invite one of your pals to join ya. Try getting out a couple times a week for at least half an hour and soon you'll be the healthiest kid in school!
You'd rather be lounging on a beach than playing beach volleyball, but that doesn't mean you can't get any exercise. There are a ton of great activities that will keep you fit without cramping your style. Both yoga and Pilates combine stretching and breathing techniques to tone your bod. You'll be feeling the burn, but you won't be short of breath! Just remember, you want to try and get in one of these activities a couple times a week for a half an hour each to really do something good for your body. Start slow and work your way into great shape!
