I don't know anything about most/all of these publishers, so check them over carefully before contacting them. And if you know any one of them to be a sham, please let me know so that I can remove them from the list... or so I can add links to sites that show them for the scammers they are. Thanks.

Oh, Joxie... A friend of mine turned me on to a neat "little" (as in tangible size) literary publication called "One Story". He subscribes and gave me a few back-issues to read, thinking it might be something I'd consider submitting a story to...and I immediately thought of you. They publish one short story about once a month in small book form; the stories are about 3,000 to 8,000 words. The whole idea behind it is to support emerging writers. Here's their submission guidelines... www.one-story.com/index.php?page=submitAnd their sister publication's , "One Teen Story", submission guidelines (most of which are written by adult authors)... www.oneteenstory.com/index.php?page=submit
