What is the most moving sequence you have seen?
For me:
Braveheart -Wallace's Death
Gladiator -Maximus' death
Fellowship of the Ring -The finding of Balins tomb in the Chamber of the Mazarbul -Gandalfs fall at the Bridge of Khazad-Dhum -Boromirs last stand against the Uruk Hai
The Two Towers -Theodens speech to Gamling "Where is the horse and the rider" as it shows the preperation for the siege. -The charge of the Rohirrim to relieve the defenders of Helms Deep
The Return of the King -The lighting of the beacons(that was awesome) -Faramirs doomed charge to Osgiliath -Theodens speech and the charge of the Rohirrim, and later on Theodens death
Terminator 2 The Terminator's self sacrifice. The thumbs up made me cry when I was a kid.

May be a bit old for many on here to recall, but the ending of The Miracle Worker [ 1962 ] when blind and deaf Helen Keller [ Patty Duke ] feels the water from the pump and finally realises what her teacher Annie Sullivan [ Anne Bancroft ] has been trying to convey to her.
Never fails to bring a lump to my throat and a tear to my eye I must confess.

Doesn't anyone watch old movies anymore?
Any number of moments in the SF movie "Silent Running" (1971, Bruce Dern), but probably the end, which I can't give away, because it's one of those jarring late 60s/early 70s endings.

There's two that I can think off right now,
Royal Tenenbaums When Luke Wilsons character tries to comit suicide with the song "Needle In The Hey" by Elliot Smith Playing in the bakground.
A Life Less Ordinary When Ewan McGregors character is digging his own grave.
