One thing lets down the second half, and that's Daniel Sing's terrible acting , but other than that it's still excellent stuff.

I like both The Debt I & II because they show us more of how Xena used to be and how she learned what she knows. I was fascinated with the teachings of Lao Ma. Was anyone else reminded of Yoda teaching Luke to use the force? I do think it would have been better if we hadn't seen that Xena had killed Ming Tien. Then it would have been more of a shock during Bitter Suite, but that's just my opinion.

I think that's okay, and she's justified in doing that. What annoys me slightly is that she lies to Gabrielle about it, and that Gabrielle fails to notice that he's not moving and not saying a lot It's not like Gabby hasn't seen Xena kill people before, and the excuse that "he's lost face in front of his people" just doesn't wash.

Daniel Sing played Ming Tien right? I dont think he's acting was terrible. Actually, I dont think it was bad at all.
