I'm off for work. Do you suppose any one would notice if I hog tied my boss and left him behind the building for the day? One could only wish I suppose.

Good morning everyone! Well, it's 12:48pm here, but it's like morning to me, and it's still morning for those of you out west. The coffee smells good, I think I'll have a cup too, thanks. Are those cheese danishes I see?

Good morning everyone... it's a sunny 10:30 over here... and I'm still half asleep -- so if I type something extremely bizzarre and confusing to you... then feel free to toss some ice water at me...
Goodness.. at least I finally found this Tavern... had to search a while on the boards until I fully realized where I was posting...
Mmmm, coffee sounds very good... I'd like some coffee to please!
And thanks Gig for the compliment!
Gig, are you in Central time?

Are those cheese danishes I see? You don´t have children or pets, right?! ;D Okay, lets see: we got here some french toast you can choose between honey, jam, sausage, eggs! No bacon - that isn´t good in the early morning. Eirene

Howdy everyone!
My boss got loose from the ropes. I think he must have used his name tag to cut them off. I should have thought of that. Oh well I'll try again...things go so much better when he's not around to interfere.
Hey Eirene.....What happened to the fairytales? Got any more good ones?
If no one minds I'm going to sit in that comfy chair over there and hang out for a while. Do a little people watching.

Hi Jessi! I'm on Eastern time, and it's a little after 1am now. Hi Eirene! Nope, no children. As for pets, there's this stray that I've been feeding and letting into the apartment over the past few years, but he's his own cat. Hi Chakkie! It's always good to see you! My weekend this week is Tuesday and Thursday.

Morning Xengab. Any coffee left in the pot? I could always use another cup.
Took the day off today. Whoo-boy, I've never had this many days off in a row, (except of course, in the winter when the nursery is shut down and I don't work).
The house guests have left, and although Baby Phalon is up and busily chatting away "reading" to her baby dolls, Hubs is at work and Little Xena is still sleeping and the cat is off who-knows-where, it seems kinda empty this morning without all the bustle. Had a great time, and hope they did too.
Time to start thinking about the next round of visitors, I suppose. Coming in two weeks for our annual Blueberry Festival, the biggest festival our town has. I'm hoping the house can stay in its fairly clean state until then.
Hhhmmm, what to do with a whole day off and nothing planned? It's supposed to be a hot one today. Ah yes...to the beach, to the beach. Guess its time to roust Sleeping Beauty upstairs.
Later. Enjoy your Monday.

OMG, Xengab. Organized?! <falls off chair laughing hysterically> I've got to be the most disorganized person that I know. I can't even put up a good front and pretend to be organized. I suppose though that there is a method to my disorganization, and at least I have a general idea of where I leave things.
Hiya Chakkie and anyone else who pops in this evening.

It's still too early here but I'll pour you one of my favorites.

It's called Chamboard.....it's raspberry. What do you think?

Oh man, talk about extremes. Today was nearly ninety and humid, tomorrow a high in the sixties. The thunder, lightening and driving rain woke me up.
So here I sit.
I suppose its to early for coffee. To late to eat anything. Hhmmm, rootbeer? Nah, tickles my nose. How about a nice hot chocolate and Baileys before trying to get back to sleep.
Day off tomorrow. Spending the day at a friend's pool was planned. Doesn't look like it'll happen. I suppose I could do something constructive like let's say...laundry...or maybe prepare for the class I'm suppose to give on Saturday which I've done nothing on so far. I don't know...right now sleeping in sounds real good. Beyond that...we'll see.
Night.

*grabs coffee pot and bottle of Baileys* The coffe is old but I think the Baileys should cover it up. How about a cookie? I happen to have a couple of Peanut butter ones right here.

Geeze! I said too late for food and you ply me with peanut butter cookies. Oh, you evil, evil person, you. Ok, ok, maybe just one. Or five.
What is considered a serving of cookies anyway? Hubs says three. Ha, I say. Three cookies is just but a nibble.
Thanks Scrappy. Delicious.
Sweet dreams. <trudges up the stairs with a full stomach>

Whatever everyone is having today - I'm buying. I just got back from getting my hair cut, and the conversation with the stylist rolled around to age. She's been cutting my hair for about five years and always thought that I was in my late twenties to early thirties!!!
<skips out, about feeling about ten years younger>
