Ok, I think I've got this "devil may care attitude" thing worked out. Have a devil may care attitude and it usually means you are wild and wanton, (or is that wonton? I wonton tell if you won't). Act that way, and the devil may care to pay close attention should he deem you are worthy of a place in hell.
Take your soul, and all.

How'd I know soul mate would crop up here? I often lose sole mates in the dryer when one poor lonely sock comes out without its mate.

The trick to finding a mate is finding one who doesn't expect you to be a puppet. If you volunteer to be someone's sock puppet, you will spend a lot of time getting walked on.

Ah, Fair Poppet...my new term of endearment, and thanks Gabbin, I throw it in whenever I get the chance. The word puppet reminds me of poppet and indeed is a type of marionette. I wonder, then, why it is considered a term of endearment? Hhhmmm....I may have to rethink this, and Dare Stoppit calling people Fair Poppet.

Wait a minute...wait a minute. Kid Rock? No, it's Guns n' Roses who sang "Welcome to the Jungle". I need to learn not to write anything when I'm too tired to think properly.

Shondels are what the Greeks wore on their feet, or what you wear in the summer, feeling the shond between your toes while walking on the beach.
