Thanks Ellie, I have been a member of Whoosh since 2007 but haven't dared to try writing anything until now. I have been an avid reader though!
Now that I have started, I hope to continue, it's soooo much fun!

Well, WTF do you think I was doing with that "mental shot"?! Talking to my self? Is is my fault you can't read a mind as crystal clear as my own?
And "Can't follow directions"? Pfft!!
BOLL, Poppet! Nice post!
And Auntie Eurayle's here!
Loved that Auntie could make it, Moonglum....you got her personality down pat from how I first imagined her ages ago when she popped out of my head in the Zena Scrolls.
And Vox - your character is sounding more and more interesting. I'm looking forward to finding out more and more about her.
Nice writing everyone.

Nice post! Crystal what? Surely you jest? Thanks btw....it was cracking me up too. All that flailing and forest crashing only to be thwarted. LOL

Crystal clear. I said that already. See, you weren't listening again. Sheesh!
Where's the problem lie here, Poppet? With me not speaking clearly, or you not listening? Hmmmm?

Is this one of those mom things?

Post by Phalon on Oct 17, 2009 5:59:36 GMT -6
Yes.
Like don't talk to strangers, no horse-playing in the house (snicker), it's all fun and games 'til someone loses an eye, and look before you cross the street.
Actually, that just gave me an idea for my next post.....because you know Phalon's gonna have to get all mom-like on you for waving your gun at strangers and not playing nice.
And if you don't listen, you're soooo going to be grounded from riding your bike for a week!

And if I don't get to ride my bike how are we supposed to get the heck out of there? Totally unfair!

Agreed. Nice job, Ellie. And Vox - your character makes me smile, wondering if she should stay and see what's going to happen, or go report what she's learned. Oh, decisions, decisions...
Sorry if I left you in that quandry, Moonglum....I really didn't know where to turn other than play the ketchup game again.

No, that's alright. I've got to play catch up, but now more so.
Had a whole post worked out devoted to Jason's chat with Phalon. Hey ho, back to the drawing board.

Know what, Moonglum? Go ahead and post what you've got with Phalon and Jason. I'll edit mine to match yours, and afterward, I'm pretty sure Joxie can shuffle the posts to get them in order for continuity's sake. I believe she did that once in the Whoosher story way back when.

There's such a thing as fricasseed fish? I didn't know fish came from fricas seeds; I thought they came from the river.

It's the magic fish remember. They just show up at the camp fire all caught, cleaned, cooked and ready to eat. I LOVE this forest!
