Welcome to the Challenge Arena. From now on this is where all challenges will be held.CHALLENGE 1 Today we are going to test your knowledge of the world. I will be posting 5 maps of either a country or a state. Each picture will have a red "X" located on it somewhere. Your task is to identify the state or country and then also identify the city that is labeled by the "X". You get one point for correctly identifying the state/country and one point for the city, for a possible total of 10 points. The first person to post the correct answers will be awarded the points. In the event of a tie I will post one more map and the first person to correctly identify that one will be the winner. The winner of this challenge will receive the following:  Also the winner will pick one of the other contestants to go to "Exile Iceberg". The contestant going to "Exile Iceberg" will have a chance to locate a hidden Immunity Idol. Also, because I'm a generous hostess with the mostest the runner up in this challenge will receive the following: A pile of wood.  Are we ready? Let's get started.

Uhm...Ms. Hostess Probstess? Since my work season hasn't begun yet and I'm home during the day, and because Joxie usually doesn't post until evening, and Katina is probably sleeping right about now, and we're all in different time zones....to be fair to the others, instead of the winner being the first person to post the answers, maybe what? I dunno?
Taking a quick peek at the maps, maybe the first person to get any of the answers correct?
Of course, I could use this to my advantage, get out the maps, and be back with the answers before the others even have a chance to get to the computer.
But I will await your decision with anchovy baited breath.

Hmmm....I assumed no one would be able to get all the answers right off the bat. In that instance the points would be cumulative.
Ok everyone hold the phone while I figure out how to make this fair to all time zones.

Here's my plan. And it is a great plan if I do say so myself. After much consultation and hair pulling I have decided everyone needs to PM me their answers. Numbered please. You all have until tomorrow evening at say......8pm EST. I will then tally the points and reveal the winner along with the PM's. In the even of a tie.....I will begin shooting into the crowd and the last person standing wins the loot.

OK! The deadline has passed and I can reveal the results! And you should all thank god there wasn't a tie. I was picking out a gun earlier in the day. LOL
Here we go:
Mini=Mia = 4 points
Katman = 6 points
Madam P = 10 points
Madam P gets the camp stuff and also gets to choose someone to go to "Exile Iceberg". Katman gets the pile of wood, although I'm not real sure he actually has anything to start a fire with. (oops)

Apologies to Katman. After rechecking my PM box this is what I came up with.
First Pm I received from Kat....
I answered his question last night and avoided a joke about bated breath and what he'd done to get bated in the first place....however, upon second glance for the point tally I neglected to include his answer for number five.
But then on further inspection I received another PM containing the answer to #4 but not to the first map. So the totals are as follows. Adjusted for fairness:
Mini Mia = 4
Kat = 8
Phalon = 10
Madam P is still the winner and Kat still gets the pile-o-wood.
It would seem however that he won't have a chance to use it since Madam P picked him to go to exile Iceberg. Coming to a Survivor Whoosh thread near you.
A few rules about Exile Iceberg: (Insert super fast TV lawyer voice)You are not allowed to take anything from your camp with you to the iceberg, you are not allowed to "be" at your camp during your stay at the iceberg, you are not to fraternize with any of the other contestants during your exile, the length of your stay shall be determined by however long it takes me to post the next challenge, and only the contestant going to exile iceberg will receive clues as to the whereabouts of the immunity idol. What that contestant does with those clues is up to him/her. In other words I will not reveal clues to anyone but the exile-e but the exile-e may in turn either follow the clues to the idol or use those clues as collateral for bartering. Each time someone is exiled a new clue pertaining to the first step will be posted.
Shew.....ok any questions? Look for the next challenge Monday morning.

Basically you are stuck on Exile Iceberg until I post the next challenge. You're not even supposed to be poking around the arena....ehem.....
Oh..and no extra prize......I made a mistake and I fixed it. It didnt mess with the ultimate outcome anyway so there...ppbblltt.
