Big Picket Line: There will be one picket for all WGA members and our supporters at Fox on Friday November 9th at 10:00 am.
Note: This is for all SUPPORTERS which includes friends, family, fans, etc.
We need to show strength in numbers. There has been a misperception that our picket lines are thin. They are not. But they are spread over many locations and many gates, creating that negative illusion. This mass rally will dispel that myth.
Please come show your support of all Writers by attending the Rally at the front gates of Fox.
FOX STUDIOS 10301 W Pico Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90064 ( MAP) Meeting Point: Main Gate on Motor Ave. & Pico Blvd. Parking Option: On Motor Ave near Cheviot Recreation Center or Century City Mall. Cheviot Hills Recreational Center Parking Lot, off Motor Ave (LA Parks and Rec) Walkable to Fox Lot.
for information on the WGA strike, please visit the WGA Channel on YouTube. take a moment to watch "Why We Fight" for its concise explanation about Internet downloads, residuals, and DVDs. thank you again for all your support.

on Thursday, November 8th, the creators of Smallville offered a challenge to all of the other TV series who have devoted fan bases to see whose fans can really deliver the goods (in this case, pencils).
"Don't get me wrong," Al Gough told his fans, "We are stoked by the response so far, but we felt there must be something we can do to really light a fire under it going into the holidays."
so Al and Miles decided to give the gift of Lex. Lex Luthor, that is.
for every box of environmentally friendly pencils Smallville fans buy at Pencils2MediaMoguls in the name of Smallville, their name will be entered into an e-raffle. A winner will be picked at random and they will receive both a phone call from actor Michael Rosenbaum and an autographed photo thanking them for their support of the cause and the show.
well now. that was a gauntlet thrown, wasn't it?
so indeed, the cast and creator of Army Wives have decided to accept Smallville's challenge!
for each box of pencils our fans buy in support of Army Wives they will receive an entry into an e-raffle where one supportive fan will receive a phone call and an autographed photo from Kim Delaney (Claudia Joy Holden) personally thanking them for their support of the cause and the show.

Hey Charmed and Army Wives Fans!
Drew Fuller (Trevor LeBlanc) has joined the Pencils2Moguls campaign and will also give a lucky winner a personal phone call and an autographed photo. So when you buy your pencils to support writers, be sure to indicate if it's Drew or Kim's challenge you're responding to! Spread the word!

UPDATE!
it has been suggested to me that i throw my name into this Pencils2Moguls challenge, so --- instead of my own challenge, i will join BOTH Kim and Drew's challenges and the winner of those challenges will also get a call from me, and anything signed you want!

i am not sure if it's bob hope park or johnny carson park - now it may be johnny. either way park at the PARK which is right next to NBC. you're looking for the NBC big bldg - the Jay Leno Show logo is right there for that audience. it won't be hard to find as it's the main street and picketers will already be there for the early morning shift. parking is right next to it, all along the street that surrounds Somebody Famous Park.
