Calling all masochists! I have picked a theme. The place is decorated I have special avatars even.
But before I reveal the location and theme I'd like a head count. Who's interested in playing!?

Well.......generally there are no rules. I throw things at the "contestants" sometimes they throw things back. People get points.....sometimes.....or they get voted out......*sigh. LOL
I don't have an answer.
We make it up as we go along. Have you read any of the other survivor threads?

Spock: At the top of the page you'll see a link for a Spoiler Decoder. Copy/Paste the contents of our posts there to see what we're saying. (There's also a link to the left of the message box when you click on reply.)
Can also use the decoder box on this page:

... At the top of the page you'll see a link for a Spoiler Decoder. ... Sorry, I must be particularly obtuse today, I couldn't find the link you mentioned. I tried this page also but was given several options, none of which seemed to work. Obviously my memory chips have suffered some kind of failure. To be honest, I hadn't noticed the spoiler thing either. I just figured out what she had said and then responded using letters in her message to me.

At the very top of the page, you should see the buttons that Lesa set up. They say:
Whoosh.org | Spoiler Decoder | Custom Smilies | Registration & Login Problems | TOS Forum won't load? | Website Hosting
Click on the 'Spoiler Decoder.' Or click here:

I found it after you pointed it out. I was just saying I worked out your message and a response before I knew the decoder was there. But yes, it's right there at the top of the page. It's a shame you can't freeze it like the top row of an Excel spreadsheet so even when you scroll down the page the options are still displayed at the top of the page.

I'm in if it's not to late ( one can but hope ;D ) No seriously, I love being made to look a complete pillock on a public forum, honestly.

That comment was for Spock. I'm sure Lesa could set it up so that those buttons slide down the page, but I don't know how myself. The link is also to the left of the reply box when you click on reply. There might be a way to stick it to the Quick Reply box too, but I wouldn't know how to do that either. LOL I'm useless when it comes to web design.

Oh my! Isn't that a surprise? It seems that Reece's makes 'trees' during this time of year and by golly, there seems to be a truck load of 'em coming this way. (You listening Ms Gamester?) I'll protect them until some deserving person comes to claim them. I'll back off the hungry pack by and with my trusty . They'll be all but I'll struggle through. Trust me - they're in good hands! And don't you worry what anyone thinks 'cause we ALL know that you're not subject to bribery.

... At the top of the page you'll see a link for a Spoiler Decoder. ... Aha! I had to search the page for that phrase. The way the bar is set up, it looks like the rest of my toolbar/Bookmarks bar. I even had to cycle through the search back and forth a couple of times before I saw it. Just goes to show how observant I am!

Ok.....I'm opening the new game tomorrow! In preparation I'm giving you a small riddle. Once I have opened the threads for posting:
Meet me at the place where Robert Frost pondered the meaning of life.

Meet me at the place where Robert Frost pondered the meaning of life. Monarch Bay, California you mean? That was where he did his series of interviews with Richard Nixon, so I assume that's where you mean ..................... oh hang on, that was DAVID Frost, sorry, got confused. ;D

Meet me at the place where Robert Frost pondered the meaning of life. You mean you want us to meet at the bathroom? Cause, well, you know that’s where most people are when they do their heavy thinking. I’m sure when Rodin cast his bronze The Thinker it was pretty much intended to be sort of a self portrait, and if you think about it “sculpture on marble pedestal” is clearly a metaphor for ‘man sitting on a john with nothing to do but think.’ (I’m sure this is a surprise to some ladies out there but yes, men really do think.) Let’s face it, Frost wrote an awful lot of poems and such and getting 4 Nobel prizes for doin that, well, he must have spent a heap of time in “contemplation” – ya know? (Maybe that’s why he was so depressed.) Anyways, I don’t mind starting out that way cause most trips I’ve taken started out by visiting the bathroom before really going anywhere, and it’s not like the last contest where I spent 50 hours of computer time trying to figure out what a Myan visiting Portugal would call Santa Claus or what ever that question was, but it just seems like an odd way to begin. I’m not complaining though! No Ma’am! I’m right there with ya boss game lady!

*snort......
Ok bathroom humor notwithstanding....or sitting......the answer to the riddle was "two roads diverged in a yellow wood".
Ok so it wasn't yellow but you got the drift anyway. My riddles aren't that great.
