Mom cooked with a pressure cooker every now and again. She warned me about the dangers, and so I never got one when I moved out on my own. (When we cleaned out her house she had three of them. I think the other two were her Mom's, Grandmother's? )
Now that I've learned about the Instant Pot, and Electric Pressure Cookers, I like the idea of 'fast' food. Slow Cookers/Crockpots are nice, but sometimes I don't need the long wait for my meal. Sometimes the reason I don't cook is because I don't want to wait _hours_ for my meal to get ready. (I don't like to use the oven when I have the a/c on, or I don't want the extra heat in the house.)
I haven't gotten an IP/EPC yet, but I'm giving it serious thought. Which is better? Is there a difference, or are they all the same?
