Stop Windows 10 from Using Your PC to Update Other Computers Over the Internet
Windows 10 receives Windows Update files not only from Microsoft’s own servers, but also from other Windows 10 PCs located around the Internet. Other PCs are sending files to your computer. And your computer is sending files to other PCs. If there is malware on those PCs, your computer could end up “catching” that malware! Plus, when your computer sends update files to other computers over the Internet it uses up YOUR Internet data allowance and clogs up YOUR Internet connection!
Here’s how to turn it off:
1 – Click the Start button, then click the Settings icon (it looks like a “gear” or “cog”).
2 – Click Update & security.
3 – Click Advanced options.
4 – Scroll down and click Delivery Optimization.
5 – Toggle the Allow downloads from other PCs setting to Off.
Now, ALL of your Windows Update files will come directly from Microsoft and your PC will NOT send any update files to other computers.

I checked and it was already turned off. I wouldn't have known to set it that way myself; Computer Guy set up my computer when I got it.

You are very welcome. I think it's wrong for them to tie up our internet just to save them money. Especially when mine isn't as fast as theirs.
