Also include characters that are used to move the story along... but no one is playing... such as "Mrs. Peacock", etc.

Cool - all in one neat little space. I was going to copy over the descriptions that everyone had previously written in the discussion thread. Anyone mind? Should I add the choppy one I had from the original or should I leave the new one? If the descriptions are the same, (changing details as you go along? BOLL), just leave the new one. If you left anything out in the new that was in the old, add it in. To keep things consistant, you know. LMAO. Consitancy? In here? You must be kidding.....

Attached to the belt are various vials and a pouch containing various medicinal herbs and such. Under the robe, she wears riding breeches and a simple white cotton tunic. Carries a sword strapped to her back..
She is not an Amazon, though most of the crowd she runs with is... Lost her one true love while in her youth to Roman soldiers. Has the ability to “see” things that may not necessarily be clear to her at the time she sees them. Has knowledge of the uses of herbs and plants in healing. Sometimes combines the two abilities, making her a mystical healer? A healing mystic? A quack? Good thing there were no such things as malpractice suits in ancient Greece, from where she comes.
Born in somewhere around 5-10 BC, (no birth certificates back then), but what's a few years, give or take, when you're in the thousands anyway? In present day ancient Greece, (an oxymoron?), she is about forty.

Occasionally it is impossible to write a scene without someone else's character saying something. So if anyone needs Guru to speak, here is a little insight into his motivation:
Guru the ghostbuster is a psychic investigator driven by a dark secret. His soulmate was found dead under suspicious circumstances, and he suspects murder. ( Well, yeah, being hacked to pieces is kinda suspicious!) His clandestine quest is for a genuine link to the other side so he can talk to her one last time. That's why people who hoax tend to light his fuse. You could say he has a predator's zeal in debunking frauds.
A stubborn streak a mile wide usually gets him in big trouble, but he takes a licking and keeps on ticking. If he says he'll be there, he'll be there. He prefers co-operation to competition since he believes the only prize truly worth fighting for is true love.
He never means to hurt people, but anyone who gets close to him seems to suffer some disaster. For this, Guru bears the burden of a heavy conscience.
He maintains a brave face, but you may occasionally glimpse a moment of weakness if you're quick.
Technologically competent, innovative (MacGuyverish), comfortable in public ... until a situation triggers his worst fear. He is deathly afraid of ever being close to another woman.
That was written back in October. Now we'll see if anything changes.

I'm thinking Phalon might have retained a bit of comprehension of english from having Yana in her body. English spoken with a Greek accent as opposed to Russian? Or English with a Russian accent spoken with a Greek accent. How's that work?
Anyway, Phalon speaks English now, (a tiny bit of it, anyway), but will probably misunderstand what the other characters may have to say to her. And what she says back is most likely not to be fully understood by anyone, because she'll probably speak it confusingly.
Kind of like her writer.

“House of Whoosher” Character description
Malory (last name unknown at this point)
Age: untold, but old in a timely way (looks about 35, though)
Appearance: about 5’9”, long black hair, green eyes, expressive face when she’s not hiding her emotions. Wears cowboy boots, jeans, a tank top, and a worn denim jacket.
Skills: she can block her thoughts from others, she can call her very loyal pets (Orion and Calliope) to life, but is one positive that stone gargoyles aren’t always “alive?” She can also morph her shape when need be.
She’s been in the house before, but it’s been a while since she was last there, as there has been some time-related degradation of the grounds.

Sorry this took me so long, guys! I've been out with a back injury so my time on the computer has been drastically cut. However here it is in all it's glory.
Catch’s origins remain unrevealed for the time being, but she is known as a mysterious traveler. She has an “affinity for the shadows”, meaning the ability to move quickly and hide, but she is not able to go completely invisible.
Cursed to roam (why, remains to be seen) for eternity until she fulfills her destiny, Catch looks about 25 but is actually nearing 100 in age. She is very experienced in the demon trade and has great magical and fighting abilities. While she isn’t very social or congenial, she’s quite sarcastic and loyal to those she fights alongside.
Catch has shoulder blade length black hair, bright green (almost inhuman) eyes, and is very tall for a woman. She wears big, lace-up, black boots, black clothing (helps with the shadows) and tanned skin.

Jason Korde Then Jason was born Jerek Courdes, eldest son of one of the five families entrusted with the stewardship of the Arch of Time. Jerek was mortal. He was tall (6ft 1ish), blonde hair, blue eyes and muscular, but not a warrior. Although, like all sons in these troubled times, he was versed in the arts of combat. His duties for his father were of a more diplomatic nature. In his early thirties, he was perhaps a little naive to the workings of the 'real' world. Dress would have been similar to medieval fashions but the men were mostly kilted, (think Robin Hood in Kilts), [Hee Hee, that's it, I've cracked up] Betwixt Times Something has happened to change Jerek into the man he is now. Now In this Realm or Plane, Jerek is known as Jason Korde. He is still the same height, but his body is thinner, leaner, less muscular but, incredibly strong when ' whole'. His hair is now shoulder length and at first appears to be more white than blonde. His eyes, once blue, now vary between black [during his darker moments] to a bright goldish colour [when ' whole]. He is moody, an enforced loner, a hunter; inclined to be irritable but not naturally malicious [he had a good heart once]. He wears everyday clothes, mostly jeans and shirts [collared, not tee-shirts], boots and a long floor-length, dirty-white leather duster. No hat. He has a haunted quality and is hunting someone. Jason is not an immortal but has lived hundreds of years, sustained by his sword. ( Immortality on 'loan', so to speak). He is able to travel between the Planes. Soulrazor has a blade of azure metal not of this earth, a silver hilt with a blood red jewel set in the pommel. It has ancient runes etched into the blade. It changes colour when it 'feeds'. Jason's sword, except it has a blood red jewel at it's pommel

Letitia.......youngest daughter of Maros and Eren; sought to change the Balance by creating a new dragon-ruler/champion in Jason; now falling in love with said hero; resurrected the spirit of Eren's dragon Mervina for Jason. The Lords of Chaos/darknessSatan/Lucifer/The Devil............nuff said Ahriman/Namirah.........up and coming deity, fancies the dark throne. Araemia......sister and lover of Namirah; tried to tempt Jason to the dark side by giving him a sword (SoulRazor) that would rule his life; plan backfired because Ragwolf wrought changes in the sword. Ragwolf......minor demon who found the lost sword. (Once human, changed by powers of duplicate sword). Oooh, and there's a horde of undead somewhere close. If I've missed anybody out I do apologise, but I'm not myself lately. I bought a medical dictionary and I think I'm suffering from Preface. It's definitely not Frontispiece. Oops. I did forget someone.

Hello silly me was wondering if anyone would be crazy enough to open the door if the knocker was used?
I am an old character already defined in the Zena Scrolls. I have been away for a while due to working 80 hour weeks and trying to keep pace with new family responsibilities; which left no time for my old friends here. I was lucky to be able to re-establish my old account name here. Now for a while at least I have some free time and would like to enjoy the privledge of joining into a board.
I'm not sure exactly where to jump in or even if it is an acceptable place for me. I am still reading the "back issues " of your work but, like what I am reading. I will wait for some feed back from the characters already residing in the House of Whoosher.

Here are some brief descriptions of Mrs. Peacock:
BTW: Mrs. Peacock is based on Hera (the peacock eyes) & Mrs. Danvers (from Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier)...
Oh yeah... Mrs. Peacock is also a character in the game of "Clue"... which is where I got the name from... and that led me to think of Hera's eyes... and the mansion setting made me think of Mrs. Danvers... and that's how this character came to life. 
As Joxcee turned to face the two behind her she saw a tall, matronly woman step out from behind the door, shutting it with a loud, "bam!" Everyone jumped except the woman. A thick braid encircled the woman's head like a halo, but that was the only angelic feature on this woman.
... the woman spoke in proper British English.
She clasped a wrist in each hand, as she sniffed the air quite loudly.
The woman unclasped her hands from her wrists and brushed away invisible creases from her skirt before starting down the hallway.
... With that said she turned and walked on without waiting for anyone to introduce themselves, or to even ask a query.
Joxcee stood motionless, her mouth agape, as she slowly turned toward the others. "Did... di... did you two just see her eyes? I swear they looked just like the iridescent orbs on a peacock's tailfeathers... just for a second, and then they were normal blue eyes again."
... Mrs. Peacock said with a sniff and a lift of her nose into the air. She unclasped her hands from her wrists and pointed back down the hall.
... said Mrs. Peacock with a haughty air.
