You're mum? Hi, I'm Mom; I'd be Mum if I lived in England, or perhaps in Australia......and mummy if in Egypt.
I did catch it, a little bruised and battered from all this tossing, and I pumpkin patched it up before passing it on.

Mmmmmm! Nice job, kat! I had no idea of your culinary skills. You're a regular Galloping Gourmet! (and that comment certainly gives my age away!)
BTW, my folks had that Herb Alpert record. We kids played the fool out of it. Good stuff!

Make mine a straight whipped cream too, Katina - sans pumpkin pie, and Cherry, (is that her name?) on top.
Now if you'd care to try your hand at some sweet potato pie....Mmmmmmmm.

Yes the pumpkin is in play. I gave it to moonglum, but I'm not sure he knows that he's supposed to pick his own victim and pass it on.
Moonglum....? *poke

And when the moon rises....

Uh-oh. So you think I may have brought on the dark wrath of Scrappula?
Just in case she swoops down with her teeth bared, I'll be ready to counter-attack with my garlic and stake. And how would you like that, Countess? Rare, medium, or well-done? A baked potato on the side with a little sour cream, perhaps?

|
Post by katina2nd on Oct 24, 2008 7:03:42 GMT -6
Well I think you're safe now Lady P, if she's anything like me the wrathful Scrappula will be to busy laughing to be much of a threat.
And hey, if you have any left over I like mine well done thanks, and that baked potato on the side sounds appealing as well.

Well done!? bluck ack barf...pfft
Sacralidge. I'll have mine just past mooing please...and yes on the garlic and oooh...if you have any late season morels I'd love you forever. And for the undead basement dwellers like me that's a very long time......
Times short now. You suppose Siren's planning on dumping it last minute or do you think she's forgotten she even has it? Or did I miss her pass off somewhere?

Sorry, Scrappy - you can't have your stake just past mooing. It's wooden; it barks. I do have a morel for you though: A wooden stake's bark is worse than its bite.
How's that? "Will you still love me foreeeveeer?" Ok, so the morel's rotten, and the singing sucks, but it's Halloween; a time to embrace all that is rotting.
Speaking of which....the pumpkin; I think Siren's forgotten about it. Ooooo, or maybe she took it home to her Mom before it rotted, and Mom turned it into pie!
Wait, wait, wait! I just remembered; I do have a morel of the morally kind for you, Scrappy. He's not a mushroon, but a scarecrow - and a real fungi. Check out the short story thread; I think you'll like this one.
