Cream cheese icing!!!! ".....if y'all are interested." You should know better, Siren, than to ask that question here.
Bring on the cake!

<claps hands all excitedly, like a little kid>
Dang, I love Halloween. Thanks for bringing the traditional annual Pumpkin Toss, (Pumpkin Splat, if you happen to miss), back up, Poppet.
And I gotta say, Scrappula, you look divine tonight, all yellowy-skinned, glassy-eyed, and breathing heavily like that. The look is a good one for you - you should wear it more often.
And the toss is underway! Ellie, via Scrappy. Ellie hands it off to Gabrielle on Nutbread, who quickly passes it on to me.
Hhmmm....where to toss it next?

Thank you ma'am. I have been foster....uh festering that scar all year just for you!
Can you see me doing my Halloween dance?

Post by Phalon on Oct 9, 2009 9:30:57 GMT -6
Ah yes, and you do look quite fetching, festooned in your festive fetid festering scar.
But the dance? Now, that's scary. Quit that. Your slinging festering gobs of goo everywhere.
Hey, btw, Hostess Cupcake, speaking of being festooned in festivity, did you get my e-mail with my hopefully soon-to-be Halloween avatar yesterday?

Hi, Siren.

Did Siren ever find this? Did she pass it on, or keep it to herself? Who's got it now? Or did it just deflate into a pile of rotten mush?
Scrappula, you did remember to use a fresh pumpkin this year, yes?
Inquiring pumpkin heads want to know.

I don't recall seeing her pass it off on someone else.

Uh.....fresh pumpkin.....right. I knew there was something! And no I never did get your email but it looks as though you got it covered anyway.
And as far as the pumpkin flies....I've lost track.

Okay, Mia - you are in trouble. I will plot my revenge. *rubbing hands together and chuckling darkly*
The ball, er, pumpkin is now in yinyang's court.

And it's on its way, bouncing across the board, and leaving a trail of pumpkiny slime in it's wake....cuz pumpkins really don't bounce all that well.
A quick recap so far...
Scrappy started off the toss this year, followed by Ellie Gabrielle on Nutbread Phalon Joxie Siren Yinyang Stepper Joxie - never one to be once bit, twice shy, passes it off to...
...me again. Hhhmmm....

I passed it to Aphrodite. She kept it rolling, and sent it to....
....I wonder if who she sent it to, saw it. Or is it stuck again?

Did I not pass it on? It was me Aphrodite tossed it too, was it not?

It was you, yes. I didn't see you pass it on. Did you make pie with it instead, and not invite us to partake?
Shame, shame.

I'm thinking I passed it on. But I've made soooo many threads with the new board I may never find it using my profile gizmo. Let me see.

Okay. Searched 200 posts and only found two pumpkins: 1 for Phalon, and 1 for Siren. Guess something went wrong when I passed it on and the post didn't take.
Off I go.

I'm not sure where it's landed; I lost track of the pumpkin. Only two days left, though, and I wonder you'll end up with it for the remainder of the year.

I don't know if anyone noticed, but I added some 'hot potatoes' to the smilies. Figured they might come in handy over the summer.

And just what is midnight your time tomorrow? Let's see....you are two hours behind me, yes? Or is it three? I can never remember. I shoulda asked that nice elderly lady who I kept dialing the other day when I tried to call you, (I hope it's gotten warmer there, so her arthritis pain quit).
But since we who observe daylight savings time change our clocks at midnight tonight, and fall back an hour, that gives anyone who's in a location that observes daylight savings time an extra hour to get rid of the pumpkin.
But you don't change your clocks by an hour. Or do you? I shoulda asked the nice lady that too. Soooo.....
12 midnight plus 2 hours; or is it three, minus an hour for daylight savings time, or does your daylight savings time hour cancel out my daylight savings time hour equals the hour that the clock strikes....?
ACK! Math! Stepppp-perrrr!!!!

Um..midnight my time is well....midnight my time. And no we don't observe daylight savings time. So midnight my time is still midnight my time. Right now we are two hours behind you so midnight my time is 1 am your time. If you include the time change for you tonight. And midnight my time is still midnight my time.

I thought midnight my time was midnight my time. So what you are saying is midnight my time is actually midnight your time plus one of Phalons hours her time and then six hours atlantic my time.
That makes it about half-past quarter-to nearly, over here.
