My fav's on the AR are the bowling Mom's. Wouldn't it be great if they won?? Colin's girlfriend was having a melt down in that taxi. Poor cab driver. Peace, J

Hi jujunee! ;D Just a few minutes till it starts! I haven't really looked at any of the survivor profiles. That's okay. It usually takes me a bit to get into who is who. SURVIVOR's READY! Irene

SPOILER , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , If you wanna review the teams: www.cbs.com/primetime/survivor9/Where in the heck did I get it was a two hour premier? Anyhow....who do you like? Twila and Scout are a riot! I liked the new theme song with the drums and the rite of passage ceremony must have taken hours because it was night when they finished. I liked it but I didn't like the fact that the women were not included. So the teams got a pot, a machete and a map to the water. Woman are fun to watchin how they go about deciding what to do and what is the priority. And the men are always thinking how great they are! :lol I just love it when the women win immunity first!

Hello Irene. I caught a bit of this by happetance tonight. I am glad the women are separate. Really gives me something to get excited about. I must say I get a bit peeved at the some of the comments and the way it is drummed in about losing to WOMEN! As if it is the ultimate insult and shouldn't happen. Just makes me feel a bit slighted. Sub in any other group and bam!
So, I am glad the ladies, the underdogs, won. Sheesh.
On a lighter note. A very nice challenge, combining several different assests. I think they should put in some traditional female island-related skills like sewing and basket weaving. LMAO.
The comments about the cow-like behavior cracked me up. Very funny.

Hi G-stick, Yea, I remember the cow remark. I think Scout said that. Last night was interesting. I don't know where I thought it was a two hour premier! I was indeed disappointed. I'm wondering about that because "The Apprentice" was on right after and that's a MB production as well. I guess that spiritual stone didn't help the men last night. The teams are interesting though and the men are pretty hunky! Brady is a cutie. I wonder how much longer it will take the men to get fire! Irene

Survivor is on at 8 pm and the two hour finale of AR is on at 9 pm! Here's Survivor: A tribe deals with very grim conditions as one castaway has a tearful meltdown after finding maggots in the tribe's food. A wild chicken wanders into the Yasur camp and sends the hungry tribe into a frenzy as they try to catch the chicken with a machete. One Survivor tries to take advantage of tensions between two tribemates after a loss at the Reward Challenge. Two castaways think they are the swing vote, leading to a very unpredictable Tribal Council.

Hey Tribe,
This is the week. AR ends and Survivor really begins. I hopr they spend more time on the women this week. I think this 'could' have been a two hour beginning to Survivor. I'll have to check out the bio's to the cast members. Don't know if they did that in the opener or I missed it.
At least they realized they had to start picking off the strongest first. Maybe they are catching on!
Peace, J

"Survivor" still beat it out even though they were different time slots. I want to see the girls too just like it was in the Amazon. This Thursday looks interesting for the "Survivor" Agenda. I posted it a few posts back here. Irene

I thought Christy's drama at the rock was disgusting! She sounded like a contestent for a beauty contest or somethng. Poor Nicole, she wanted to do the luge. She had problems with Brandon in that area of making the better decisions. Whatever that rock lift thing was --- was physically demanding. I was worried for Chip! And surprised the bowling mom made it to the top! It was a good finale. How'd you like Colin and Christy's white car waiting for them at the airport? Irene

lol Halona. I say we stop all this traveling around and just email each other! That way we'd only have to say it once instead of six times. Irene

Thursdays promo: "More twists in the first 15 minutes than in a whole season, two tribal councils and one immunity for one person." I think that's great but I wish they didn't give this stuff away in the promos. Irene
