Thanks Eirene, the place looks great. You out do yourself with each grand opening. The white scottish granite and mahogany are beautiful. I particularly am impressed with the private bathrooms. Heck, I don't get that kind of luxury at home. I think I will be hanging around here more. One question? When entering the tavern, if Gig or Joxie are in attendance, do we have to bow at their thrones? I don't want to be disrespectful to royalty. No sunshine today. Just cold cold rain. Night all!

Morning, Xengab.
I agree, Eroc. Private bathrooms are a oh-so-nice luxury. Mine seems to have a "Welcome" sign attached with a revolving door. How many questions can three people ask one person during a shower? An endless supply, it seems.
Think I'll have a cup of coffee while I sit and try to decide if I should go skiing this morning. (Thanks, Eirene. The upgrades to the coffee machine are fab.) Lots of fresh snow, and I've the morning to myself. Still snowing outside, but wind has shifted and it seems we are missing the brunt of the storm. And that is the problem - the wind. 20-some mph, and temps in the low twenties. Do I brave it, or not? Hubs says I'm crazy if I do, but still feeling the need to get as much skiing in as possible before I return to work. March 1st already, and spring is just around the corner!!!!
Ok. I think I just talked myself into it.
Send the dog-sled teams out if I don't make it back by dark.

Of course you've to make a bow, when Les or Joxie are sitting on their thrones!! Also you've to lay your right fist on your heart and open the fist so that your palm is above. This greeting is one of the oldest in the world. If you've to leave then only back stepping until you've reached enough space between you and the royalties. Then and only then you can turn yourself for leaving the hall! Any either questions?

Good morning, good morning.
I'll have to pass on the coffee here today. Meeting friends for coffee in a bit, and then later this afternoon, another pot, (or two), with my Xena-Sista friend. Too much caffiene and I'll be zipping around like a mad-woman. Oh...wait...that's pretty normal for me.
I'll start the pot for anyone else who wants, though.
The most gorgeous sunrise this morning. Three days of gray skies and snow, and Wow! This was spectacular. Dark, black sky above, a layer of gray, then shades of purple, pink and red, with the brilliant orange sun peeking through.
Makes me wonder though, what's in store. I remember that old saying my dad always used to use; "Red sky at night; sailor's delight. Red sky in the morning; sailor's warning.
Hhmm....more snow? But for now - The sun is shining, (to borrow a saying from a friend).

Hi Eirene, looks like I just missed you. I would love a drink. How about some hot tea? I had to give up the hard stuff (coffee) a while ago and now enjoy hot tea. Maybe we could keep some around here from time to time. So how did everyones week go? Mine was ok, I'm just really looking forward to the weekend and warm weather. Won't be too long for us in the south before it starts to warm up. We did have a pretty strange winter though. No snow at all. I have lived here for 20 some years and we have always had a bit of snow, sometimes a lot, or at the least, a layer or two of ice. Xengab, I hope all is well with you and your husband. Let us know when you can how things are. Round 2 (ding ding) at moms this weekend. She has decided to sell her home and land so we are doing all that we can to get everything ready. The realtor was there this week and our list got bigger. Phalon, you may borrow anything from me, just "please don't take my sunshine away". The other day I had a message on my cell phone and it was my 4 yr. old niece singing that song. Too cute! Hope you all have a wonderful and safe weekend. The sun is shining and the temps are going to be in the 60's.

Glad to hear he is now home, Eirene. Having a child in the hospital, I know, is a difficult - to say the least - experience. Rest for a spell. Put your feet up and sip a couple cherbans. I've left some on the bar for you.
Xengab, nice to hear hubs is doing a bit better. Hope he keeps improving. Tea for you if you stop in.
Coffee, of course, for me....and I'll take it on the run.
Beautiful, gorgeous day, the sun shining and warmer temperatures. Too mushy to ski, but perhaps a nice, long walk on the beach.
Eroc, I'd never take your sunshine - all of it anyway. And today, we've got plenty to share here.
Enjoy.

Xengab. I am so very sorry. I'm sure I speak for others too, when I say that our thoughts are with you and hubs. Take care of yourself, and know that if you ever need a place to unload, there is tea waiting for you, and lots of heartfelt hugs in this place.
