I guess it was kinda of unexpected here, although I've wanted to have Phalon run into Trenna since Joxie first wrote she was in the market place. That was I think three or four pages ago! Though I had to take a step backward, I figured the way time sometimes passes in these stories, if I didn't get it in now, it might not happen until next year!

Awesome, Aphrodite. Heh. Uhm, no pun intended. That teenaged centaur was such an a$$. I hope he gets what's coming to him. If I'm not too awfully mistaken, this is your first flashback post...? Annabelle explaining to Lauri about the death of her father didn't really qualify as a flashback, I don't think... Can't wait to see more of Annabelle's backstory!

I know you won't see this until the computer issues you are having are fixed, but still. I'm glad you liked it, Gabrielle. I wasn't really sure about it at first, but seeing that you like it makes me think maybe it's better than I thought it was. more of her backstory will come out soon. I don't know when because it depends on Ellie's posts... and she won't be logging on for awhile. but there will be more of Annabelle's backstory eventually.

Letting you guys know... on the Bard's Banter,... Aphrodite, and Phalon, you're both wrong. I actually saw A Christmas Story this year. What happened is, the guy double-dog dared him. But then he skipped the triple dare and "went right for the throat" with the triple-dog dare. Heh, poor kid. Hadn't thought about that when I read your post Aphrodite, but after seeing that's what Phalon was thinking, I kind of see the similarities now. I was kinda curious myself about the icon at the top. Jox, want some help finding some good pics? I have a bit of free time today.

Keep the awesome story going, guys!

Phalon, your comment to Ellie about 10-year-old jeans made me smile. If she owned a digital camera, she would have pics of 10-year-old jeans herself. Cuz she has plenty of them. Heck, so do I. Maybe I oughta get her a camera for our birthday. I'm proud of you, Ellie. Resisting the urge to post. You guys oughta hurry, though. I know her, and she won't be able to resist that urge for long.

In the meantime you can use a disposable digital camera.

There's DISPOSABLE digital cameras? WOW. Did NOT know that.

There are two kinds of disposable cameras. Film & Digital. They're usually in the film department of various stores. The disposable film cameras are printed on paper, and the disposable digital cameras are printed on paper _and_ come with the photos on a CD as well.
Okay. I see they are being called "Single Use Cameras". www.disposabledigitalcameras.org/en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disposable_camera

Coulda sworn I'd already commented on those posts. Totally awesome, Ellie and Aph. More tag-teaming going to be going on for awhile...?? ...I'm also curious about Vox's characters and what happened to them. Hope to see them again soon.

AWESOME post from Scrappy. About what Ellie said on the Bard's Banter; pfffft! She won't be able to stay on the sidelines long. I know her too well. I'd say, a week, two tops, she'll post again, whether anyone else has or not. She's just got too many good story ideas for her own good!

Very nice post, Phalon. Loved the quote at the top and it especially made me laugh at the end when I realized that Thumper is a rabbit. Didn't get that joke till after I'd finished reading. Keep up the good work, guys!

Thanks, Gabrielle. I didn't add the quote until the last minute when I was trying to think of a title. I kept thinking Phalon probably should have kept her thoughts concerning Dixie to herself - you know, a "ya don't dis your friend's girlfriend" kinda thing. Then the title came, and I just had to throw Thumper's quote in there.....cuz girlfriend or not, she's a damned bunny....like Thumper. I thought it was kinda funny.
<shrugs> One of those things I do to amuse myself.

wow, so much has happened in the story since i last read it that i really have no idea what to comment about. i must say it took a very interesting and unexpected turn there. also, looks like Ellie is doing ok with her "sittiing on the sidelines," despite what Gabrielle said would happen. so much i'm curious about.... will Annabelle be able to bring the queen and the other Amazons back to life.... will Dixie and Jason be put back to normal... will Scrappy admit that Dixie is possessed... keep up the good work you guys.
