It was just my computer being a pain in the butt. The pics seem to be working fine now. Love your newest post, Jon. Hope you guys like mine. I know it's short, but I still really like it. Post away. I'm working on a Havanna post. And I ordered The Zombie Survival Guide: Complete Protection from the Living Dead by Max Brooks. I took a peek inside the contents and saw a couple of chapters on 'Islands' and thought I'd see what the book had to say on that subject/topic.
Sheesh. I should shoot Havanna for mentioning the island.  I've no idea why that popped out of her mouth. Maybe I wanted to torment myself.

Well, the rating can't get too out of hand. Nothing over an R rating ... and all adult/gorey contented posts must have a warning/disclaimer at the very top. Thanks.  (Such as Scrappy did in "The House of Whoosher.")
FYI: I've added some images to the "Zombie Island" info post. If I was good at photoshopping I'd have added the towers and oil-rig-like platforms. But, alas, you'll just have to use your imaginations.
Oh. When I saw the 'tourist' sign online, I just had to use it. Those rascally Zombies, ain't they clever!

I wrote a page ... then rewrote half of that ... then procrastination set in. I'm telling you ... it gets me everytime. I've got most of it in my head, unfortunately, that isn't going to get it posted.  Will try to have it up soon.

BTW: I wrote a wee bit today, but it ain't ready yet, still. I had to Mom-sit today. She's a bit under the weather. Strep throat. She's having a hard time swallowing and couldn't take her pills this morning, and that caused her blood pressure to sky rocket. So ... hopefully she'll be doing better tomorrow ... er ... today. Maybe I'll get more done.  Didn't realize how long I'd been procrastinating until I saw the date on the sheet I was writing on. (I date everything I write so I'll know when I wrote it.) Yikes! Almost two weeks. Time flies when you're playing hooky.

This morning, Jon emailed me some ideas he has had for the story since he's been gone. They look really good, and he wants us to work together on another post in the near future. But, in the meantime, no huge hurry to update the story. Since Jon won't even be able to do anything with it for awhile. Though I am still looking forward to seeing those pirates, Jox. But, no biggie if you don't update for awhile. K that's all from me on the subject for now. |
