I've been adding new plugins to the forum, so let me know if you're having problems. (Other than having problems getting on the board. That happened before I logged in.) I've added BBCode buttons to the Quick Reply, and I've added a Spoiler Tag button to the BBCode buttons. You've always been able to use spoiler tag, and I prefer Proboards' code best, but the button is convenient for those who'd rather click on a button than type out:
[spoiler]The dish ran away with the spoon.[/spoiler] Proboards Spoiler Tag Code:
The dish ran away with the spoon.
Spoiler Tag Plugin / BBCode Button:
{SPOILER: Click here to show/hide}
The dish ran away with the spoon.
I'm not done playing with the plugins. I'm searching for one I liked at the Support Forum

{Don't worry about it.}The novelty will wear off soon enough. And we'd all be afraid that a message would be missed by the intended recipient.

{Interesting - I put a spoiler in the other thread and it wouldn't work. } Instead of seeing the clear text it said 'SPOILER Click to see'

{Spoiler}{Interesting - I put a spoiler in the other thread and it wouldn't work. } Instead of seeing the clear text it said 'SPOILER Click to see'
If you use [spoiler]I am a spoiler![/spoiler] it will give you this:
I am a spoiler!
This bbcode is not an added plugin. It is part of Proboards set up. The plugin spoiler bbcode added the image to the buttons section, and it works differently. [spoiler=SPOILER: Click here to show/hide]I am a spoiler![/spoiler] will give you this:
{SPOILER: Click here to show/hide}I am a spoiler!

{Well, that is why . . . }
I installed the plugin that added the BBCode buttons to the 'Quick Reply.' Just click on the button you want, and easy peasy.

But having a fun place to hang at is why I'm still around. And why I haven't shut the place down and never looked back.

I read and enjoyed both, but I think the Belgariad was the better read. {The Malloreon was a close second, but it was still second.}The Belgariad had me laughing a couple times like when Garion sank himself into the ground. And the way they coped with the various situations was more enjoyable for me.

They are basically the Belgariad and the Malloreon from the individual points of view. They tie things together rather nicely and explain the back story rather well.

I think the Belgarath book contributed nicely to the story, but the one about Polgara was disappointing. Maybe I was expecting too much but I was especially unhappy with it - so much so that I regretted reading it. She was a strong character in the Belgarian and the Mallorean but this turned her from strong willed to pig headed and b with an itch.

I'm currently re-reading the last book (Polgara the Sorceress) and think that it makes her more "human". It shows why she acted the way she did and even lets us know that she did start to love her father later but continued to "snipe" at him because that seems to be the way they all showed their love. Look at how she and Beldin interacted.
