Welcome lmv, to both stories. A favor?
Think you can post a character description, (in the character description threads). Same character for both stories?
Hhmmmm, interesting.

Good start lmv. Don't forget there's a hidden board for the writers for plot discussion. We have some things lined up for the next several posts. Feel free to use it to make comments.

I've got the itch to write something again. Where is Tami; I thought we were waiting for her.
Tami, can you hear me? Oh, Tami? Tami? Tami?
Damn, suddenly I've got a Who song in my head.

Who? I'm finally back. Haven't had time to read how the story ended or if it"s still going if it's still going I guess I have alot of catching up to do. What has happened to me in the story? I'm a bard now. Wow things change over time.

I'm here, really. Didn't realize it was my turn. I apologize for that. My honey had the week off and unfortunately, I can't get nuttin' done when she's home. I'm sneaking on here now while she runs downstairs for Doritos. Let me go back and read the last few posts then I'll refit my part or do whatever my mental outline has down... LOL. I'm going mad, I tell you... my half-assed routine is nothin' but a hole in the ground...

As always Tami, I am throughly impressed with your writing and in awe of your imagination. Thanks for the compliment, Phalon As for the imagination, while you laugh to get through, I dream, sometimes I think near to the point of harm (neglecting life and all). But you know, the dishes *can* wait another day. If they disappear, the roaches did me a favor, you know? J/K - I lay a guilt trip on the other half and then she washes them two days later; what can I say? Even my guilt procrastinates.

Without dreams, who could imagine housework away by having cockroaches devour the dirty dishes.
Wait, roaches...that'd be a nightmare, no?
Like my last post - a nightmare of bad puns.
My next shall be better. I'm hoping. Maybe only in my dreams.

Well, Phalon, yet another instance when I'm grateful I was not in the process of trying to quench my thirst. You are so good with word play. So very good.

And so I go from corny ridiculousness to even cornier melodrama. A bit of a note about the song and its lyrics... When I first heard "One Lonely Visitor" over a year ago, (though the song is much older), I thought 'how completely House of Whoosher Phalonesque', and I knew I had to use it somewhere in this story. Doing a two minute Internet drill to make sure I had the correct lyrics, I found it seems no one knows exactly what the correct lyrics are. I found two main versions with a handful of variations between them. I lyrics I chose to post are the version that I hear when I listen, though I played around and took some liberties with the tense in some parts to get it to fit the post. Scrappy posted the song in the Music thread a while back. Listen here... whooshorg.proboards33.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=1105308918&page=51

Thanks, Joxie. Shoot, I thought I was doing good just posting a link that actually worked, (eye roll).
Is Joxie ready to make a move? Anyone? Or is everybody gonna sit around and stare at each other some more, while listening to the cricket concerto from the corner. Oh, the drama! Oh, the action packed suspense! Oh, the sarcasm!
I'm switching gears and am off to be the sage mystic in the other story for awhile; two posts to finish that were started before my last two here. Sigh. Drop-dead tired of late, and nothing I'd like to get complete is near completion. Oh, the whining!

I had indeed noticed you did a great job of linking to the page ... just didn't know if you had discovered the new feature provided by ProBoards is all. Carry on.
I have been meaning to add to the storys ... just don't seem to be a very strict master of my person.

Great post, Joxie. Loved the poem! Joxie's thoughts - they are always fun to read; "the normal weird" vs. "the abnormally weird" - too funny.

Writing this person is a blast ... I just think: "What would I be doing or thinking in this situation?" And then I jot down what pops into my normally weird mind.
