Nor me.
Mia - you are sounding quite Sybillish of late. Or is it Joxie. Or Indy, I'm talking to?
An idea struck me for a post. Didn't hurt when it struck; good thing. Maybe I'll get around to it soon. (eye roll)

We do amuse ourselves. As for "Sybil" . . . . They ain't got nothing on us.

Blocked -or- Lost the document? I'm still trying to figure out what's on the tombstones. Scrappy's family book didn't help.

Ewwww - lost document: that hasn't happened since the last time it happened. I think I learned my lesson then.
Not blocked either exactly. It's dialogue. Pfft. I hate writing dialogue and sticking words in other characters' mouths.

Yeah . . . . That's the worst part about working on something with other writer's. You don't know the character/s they created as well as you do your own. Which is why my characters tend to go off on their own.

Yeah, I'd been meaning to add to it for about a month or so now and finally got myself to jot something down.

Same thing here...except the jotting down part. It's still levitating up there...waiting.
Since it is the season, with Halloween right around the corner, this would be the perfect time.

OOoooooo, another sword wielder! <claps hand excitedly, sitting on the edge of her seat> Looking forward to seeing where this is going.
Welcome to the hell house, Moonglum.

Thank you Phalon. Not sure myself yet, apart from some half formed ideas, where it's leading me. I'll try though!

Welcome, Moonglum. I've bumped you up to 'Bard' and you should be able to see our hidden discussion board now.

And it gets more interesting....
Nice, Moonglum. Makes me want to jump right back in where we left off. Damn all this stuff I've got sitting on my plate right now!
Just curious here - because I always wonder: Did you have the extreme patience I imagine it takes to actually read the story up to this point? It always makes me laugh to think of someone reading it.

Thank you Phalon. I can put my hand on my heart and say yes/no. I actually got to page 12ish and then for some reason paranoia set in. This was some time last year, and I had this mental image of everybody typing away and me never catching up. So I thought long and hard, had a few drinks, thought short and easier, and came to a decision. A bit like that old 50's police series, 'There are a million stories in the Naked City...........and this is one of them.' I thought about 20 people in a railway carriage, each with a different story but all in the same place and possibly interacting. Then I had another drink and thought sod it, just write it and see what happens. I love it when a plan comes together. Thank you MM as well, I expect this is where I find out that I should have persevered and that I really have been living in another universe. Ha Ha

The fun of writing this is getting it to make sense and come together. There are no set rules.

Page 12ish or so?! That's it?! Oh, Dear New Bard, you've got some catching up to do! BOLL.
Ok, so there aren't all that many pages after that, but I spent the better part of an hour or more reading page twelve and the next couple following......and wondering where the hell we were going with the story at that point; it was so long ago. Wondering if we ever knew.
<I'm cracking myself up here. Possibly the late hour. Possibly might have a tiny bit to do with vodka>
Where the heck is my sword?
Scrappy? You reading this? Somewhere in those pages I just reread I turned you into a hag. Ah....memories.

*wakes up from dream remembering crumbling teeth* *shudder*
Yeah I don't think I paid you back for that did I? Thanks for the reminder. And didn't you promise I'd get to shoot something soon? I'm thinkin old woman in a blue robe will suffice.....
Welcome Moonglum. Don't mind us. You're popping in just in time.
Psst.....Tami? You catching this? Looks like you have a rival for domination over the house.

I caught it. Thanks for the heads up on the new blood (no pun there... New blood is as curious as a new drink that gives a demon a heady sense of power play).
Good posts, moonglum. I *am* still here, btw. Just beyond incredibly busy. I can't even manage to do writing exercises that I introduce to my own RL writers' group.
This new job is killing me.

So, moonglum, if you haven't caught up yet, then you don't know we're in the middle of a big meeting in the dining room and will most likely not get to the front door anytime soon. Feel free to use Mrs. Peacock to open the door for you. I created her, but she is used by everyone when needed.

The gargoyle is dead?! Uh-oh. Tami, you catching this? He killed the gargoyle!
Uhm....Moonglum - how well can Jason defend himself against one very angry pet owner with that magical sword of his?
Tami - good to see you pop in. Hope things get easier for you soon.
Moonglum - thanks for getting the story moving again; I'm enjoying it as a reader.

Oh no, guilt trip coming on, you made me feel like the dog-catcher in all those cheesy kids films now.
He's pretty good at defending himself Phalon, if I can just keep him from nodding off!

Hey, gargoyles down through the centuries have been very important to warding off evil. They are sweet, loveable... *sigh* Don't think I'm going to need Scraps to go into a rage after all. This may be my cue to let the 'mal' in Malory out. Now if only I could remember my demon name... darnit. Memory fading fast.
